nice on the surface (lobby, restaurant, etc), horrible room

I liked the hotel very much but the room itself was disgusting and rediculously small. It litterally had peeling wallpaper and soft spots on the window seal from water damage. not acceptable. Restaurant was very nice though.

Great value with luxury

The hotel is really good value for money. They have a luxury room for good price. One thing that I may not try again is omelet offered at their restaurant. Other than that, it was great.

Good Hotel..... if you dont plan on parking.

The parking situation at the Georgian Terrace was a bit disappointing. We were very displeased to learn that it would be an additional $25 per day to park at the hotel's own parking garage. This parking lot is also open to the general public.... at the same rate as the hotel guests. There is no discount for the guests of the hotel. The famous Fox theater is directly across the street from the hotel, so the parking garage and especially the surrounding streets get congested fast. Also The Fox theater valet gets first priority in the Georgian Terrace parking garage, so you wont be getting a good spot if there is an event going on. Oh yeah, the Fox theater hosts events over 300 days a year! On the good side. The hotel has free wi-fi, and free business center where you can print. The restaraunt/bar and outdoor patio seating are Amazing! And the hidden gem is the rooftop swimming pool and patio. The hotel does not actively advertise this feature and there are no signs or directions to the rooftop...... but if you ask the consierge or front desk for the super secret instructions on how to get to the roof you will be pleasantly rewarded.

Great getaway

We went for march madness and everything was very close to the hotel. The CNN center, world of coca-cola, turner field, the MLK memorial, atlanta aquarium all within a short drive of the hotel. The fox theater was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend his hotel and would stay there again.
