A Fairytale Christmas

I would give this hotel twenty stars if possible. There was no aspect of my stay in which I was not amazed. My room was beautiful. The restaurant was breathtaking and now tops my favorites list. The staff was wonderful and helpful with all of my questions and needs. I will most definitely be staying here again. I am afraid that the Georgian Terrace has raised the bar for comparing any other hotel.

Nice Hotel in a good location

The only complaint I have is that it's not really set up for a business traveler....no desk to work from. People were very nice and friendly, fun location, good food and comfortable bed.

Very Comfortable

I traveled to Atlanta for a conference at the World Congress Convention Center. The location of this hotel was not the most convenient, as we had to take the MARTA to get to the convention center. For the price, I could not have been happier with the size and comfort of the suite. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a living/dining area, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. It would have been nice to have some china in the kitchen (just a couple of plates/mugs) rather than have to pay $25 extra for dishes. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Just across the street is the Fox Theatre, a great little jazz club (supposedly the best in the city), and Publik, a great little restaurant.

Terrific Experience

Really enjoyed the experience and visit to Atlanta. The hotel was so conveniently located, it seemed everything was just a few minutes away by public transportation. And it's an historic building. Room had a terrific view of downtown and midtown Atlanta.

So many great restaurants in the area, and the hotel itself has a couple of great dining experiences. I particularly enjoyed my meal at Gladys' Chicken and Waffles, which is just a short walk down Peachtree Street.
