The Twelve Centennial Park is wonderful hotel. First, the positives. The rooms have full kitchens, are spacious with nice sized bathrooms, comfy beds and a flat screen tv in both the living room and the bedrooom. It has a very nice pool and workout facility. It is next to the Civic Center Marta station and within walking distance to many eating establishments, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and CNN Center. The negatives, parking is $26. per night. The restaurant is horribly overpriced. And, on this particular stay, there were 2 problems in the bathroom. One was a non-working faucet that was fixed immediately and the other was the bathroom fan that sounded like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I was told it would be fixed the next day but at the end of my 6 day stay the problem had not been resolved. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice hotel.
Stayed here for the second time. First was back in 2010. Room had lots of stains on the carpet and bedding. Curtains were torn. TV stopped working during a PPV movie. Front staff could not help with the situation. No towels in the room when we arrived, had to request twice. Microwave vent cover crashed down in the early morning hours. Maintenance never came to fix it. Very poorly stocked kitchen. Room service and dining room downstairs was good.

Great staff
This is a nice hotel. I live in north Atlanta but went to a show in downtown Atlanta the night we stayed there. Great staff and very convenient for us.
