Disappointing
I expected a lot more for the 4 star review the hotel received. The good things about the hotel, Starbucks and the restaurant "The Lobby". Everything else, not good, I did not think the hotel was very clean. Also the door to our balcony did not lock and just in general not clean.

Doesn't really get any better!
My husband and I took an impromptu mini vacation to ATL and half way there (we're from Nashville) we booked this on a whim. First off, it was exactly where I wanted to stay (Atlantic Station) and was in my hubby's price range (less than $150 a night with tax.) The building is very beautiful with an art deco feel outside and a modern appeal inside. Our room was perfect. It had a small, but complete kitchen with a dining table! The bathroom had a separate shower and bath and the soap they had was not too perfume-y like other hotel soaps. There was plenty of storage and everything seemed to be clean and in order. What we really liked is that the ceilings were incomplete with the wood exposed and cement walls exposed as well in some areas. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or the bar and restaurant in the lobby area, but we will next time we stay!

Enjoy the location
I let staying at THE TWELVE because it has everything within walking distance. Pros: The staff is great and so is the food. Pancakes are the BEST!!!! The view is great as well. Immediate attention to any problems. Cons: The beds are not comfortable, they definitely need to replace the mattresses.

Nice hotel

really great place.
I am not complainning about the price because you have to pay for comfort. It was very nice but a inside pool would have made it better being that everyday is not a sunny day. A inside pool would make you feel more like you are on a vacation. Other then that the stay was very nice. Most large hotels have inside & outside pools and jacuzzi's.

If you are unable to build a pool inside then have a fiber glass sliding door wall build around the pool outside. That way you can close it off when the weather is bad open it up when the weather is good. That way you would have year round usage

Great location, great choice
I went to Atlanta for my bachelorette party and the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself looked awesome. The room was clean, the bathrooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the view from our room directly facing the Atlanta Skyline was terrific. Also, there are great shops and restaurants right outside the hotel, all within walking distance. If you don't want to walk you can take the shuttle anywhere within Atlantic Station. There is an underground parking garage right outside the hotel as well, the unfortunate part is that it cost $14/day. Paying for parking definitely wasn't our favorite, but we found out quickly no matter where you go in Atlanta you will be paying for parking.

If you plan on going to clubs from this hotel, expect to pay around $20. Even though the ride to the hotel lasts 5-10 mins.
