Staybridge Suites ATLANTA PERIMETER CENTER WEST

This hotel without a doubt was a great value for the money. I stayed here for two nights with three kids and my grandmother and the two bed and two bath came in so handy. Breakfast was great and the location was very ideal. An upscale mall and numerous amenities, made this place very afforable. We will book here again when we come to town.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, but was very displeased with our family's stay. I was treated unkindly upon check in when I asked the check in attendant for a possible room up grade since I was a priority club member. I have always been able to receive this before even when booking here. She became very short and said that was not possible since I had booked through a third party and could only be done with a charge. Our room smelled of smoke, and our pull out sofa for our son only had a top sheet and no blanket. There was noise all night long, but we did not call the front desk for any of these issues because we did not feel like dealing with the lady any more. My advice would be to book at the east down the road where they are always warm and friendly.

The room was terrible!!! It reaked of cat urine and food all over the walls in kitchen and beside the refer,looked like a buffet!!The baseboards were filthy through the entire unit! The couch was dirty! I dont think they ever edged out the rugs from the time they were installed!! Windows (Filthy) Around the toilets were sooooo nasty! If we had other options we never would have stayed here! They said they needed to get in the room to clean!!! Yeah right!! I got gloves n clorox pine-sol etc....And cleaned to acceptable! the staff would reather argu then admit an error on their part(with no apology!!!) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Never Again!!!

Confortable, enough space for one or two. Great assistance. Clean.

Internet is quite slow. Room is always clean and have good size. Everything as described, no fancy, but works and is very comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel- we made a point of coming back. Having a 2 bedroom suite works best for our family- we like having the space to spend time together in the evenings. The breakfast is very comprehensive- eggs, waffles, bagels, cereals, fruit, yoghurt- something for everyone. The rooms on the back side open out onto trees- you forget you're in a city. Very convenient to Perimeter Mall or to hop on 400 to go north to Roswell or south to Buckhead and downtown. Nice staff, free laundry facilities and good wifi.

The rooms was marvelous and spacious. The front desk people were so generous and polite. the food was good. I must say , for a 2 bedroom suite, it gets no better for the price. Full kithen with plates dishwaser detergent,refridgerator and two baths. Everything you want to do is very close. nothing over 2miles

The staff are always friendly and accommodating, a family member or two usually travels with me so the double rooms allow for privacy as well as family time together. I travel monthly to attend college classes, so I enjoy the quiet when I need to study.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise that I found [...] by chance. The hotel provides shuttle service to nearby shopping and Marta which was awesome after driving 12hours from Miami. The rooms are slpit but there is no oven if your stay is more than 5 days. All food isnt microwaveable. Unless youre going to eat out every night the oven won't be an issue. Overall the hotel and location is great.

Just looking for a place to stay for a quick weekend trip. The location was great for shopping, dining and easy access to the freeway. I wish the rooms did not open to the outside...otherwise it was a great experience.
