There was a party downstairs in the ballroom, the music was so loud it actually rattled glasses on the counter top. I called ... to ask to be moved @ 11:30 pm. The front desk was willing to accomadate me but said party would end at 12. The party ended at 12 as promised, resulting in a restfull sleep. Due to the inconvenience, the front desk waived my parking fee and gave me 2 vouchers for breakfast to make things right.

The hotel was very nice and it was in walking distance to the mall which was nice. However, if you wanted anything extra at ... the hotel it was very expensive. Parking wasn't even free. The breakfast buffet was $12 per person and it wasn't good...at all. Besides all the extras I would recommend the hotel.

The service was great. Clean, modern rooms, including two HD screen tv's. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were ... top quality and CLEAN. The sitting room area would have been great, if the couch was not broken. Also, the refridge was not working, so restaurant leftovers and drinks could not be kept cold.

Good, Clean Hotel for the price

Hotel is right next to the cumberland mall, very short walk to shop and eat at numerous place's such as p.f chang's(great ... food) and steakhouse's or the cheescake factory plus many more. Staff was great, lcd tv's in room were good as well, Will stay here again next time were in Atlanta.

My husband and I needed a night away from the kids. The Sheraton Suites being just down the street seemed perfect. The staff ... at the desk were very nice and did all they could to be sure we got the best price[...]!The room was very nice and comfortable. The decore was just as expected from the beautiful lobby it carried into the room.

A great hotel and location in Atlanta

I chose this hotel as it was not in the center of the hustle and bustle of Atlanta and was very close to Rtes 285, 75 and 85, ... so getting around was no problem. The hotel and the suites were beautiful and clean, and sleeping was wonderful. I heartily recommend this hotel.

Visiting Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium is a must. Underground Atlanta was a disappointment which I would not recommend visiting.

Over my 10 day stay I was moved to a different room because the first room I was staying in had water leakage due to the ... rain!! And I had to call the front desk to report the problem. They offered a complimentary breakfast for their negligence. The worst thing about the hotel is the internet. I was on a business trip and internet was essential. The Wi-Fi internet costs $40 for 5 days and the speed is poor with frequent disconnects. Also you cannot connect a different device during the entire 5 day period. I had one of my laptops go boom and I was trying to connect using a different one. I was told that I cannot do that and I would have to pay for the internet again. Other than that, it was an ok experience. I would think twice before trying this hotel again.

The hotel was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Cumberland Mall was walking distance from the hotel and they ... have a lot of great dining areas. Due to the bed being so comfortable we alomst missed out on sight-seeing. :-)

We were there just to get away and go sightseeing. The hotel was very nice, in a central location-- we didn't have to travel ... very far for food and tourism sites. I liked that there was a mall right next to the hotel, I would definitely go back and stay there. This was the best trip that I've taken because this was my first time traveling along without friends or family. The room was spacious, and I like that there was a living area. It was really cozy!
