Sheraton Atlanta Hotel

The Sheraton Atlanta was very comfortable, the room are nice and cozy. There was ample amount of space to put everything. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and polite. The location was alright-it's near the downtown area, however if your not driving there is quiet a bit of walking to be done. For the money this hotel is a excellent place to stay.

The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, ATLANTA, GA was comfortable and clean. The room was a good size and very well maintained. Extra requests such as a mini fridge with a freezer were handled promptly, with no issues. The location was great, very close to everything. The one bad point is not something the hotel can change. The Sheraton was at the bottom of a hill: quite a hike to get to where I needed to go, which was a con in 100 degree+ weather! Overall I was very satisfied with all services provided.

this hotel was located in downtown atlanta and parking was horrible. not only was there an additional $18 charge, but no availibility for other guests coming to visit or to carpool to a nearby event. that bathroom smelled musty, almost like they cleaned it with a soured rag or something. very unacceptable. the minibar had motion sensors so if you even picked up an item to look at it you would get charged for it. there was a can of beer in the fridge that had fuzzy pungent mold on the top of it, not to mention the items weren't even cold. check-out was an absolute nightmare. because of those motion sensors i mentioned earlier it took forever for them to credit my money back. i decided to leave cash for the mandatory $50.00 minibar deposit because if i put it on my debit card it would have taken them 7-10 business days to credit the money back to my account. the parking was above all the worst, the way its set up you feel trapped in a maze trying to find your way back to the room, very confusing, for anybody. also lots of walking involved. i will never stay there again.

The oom was nice and the people at front desk were very nice. The mini bar didnt work nor did the air conditioning.

Mt experiance at the Atlanta Sheraton was expected to be as good as any other experience at a Sheraton before. The staff in this particular location were the best by far. I do have a liking for Sheratons because of the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the rooms. I was more than satisfied here in Atlanta. All staff I had any dealings with were first class. All food I had was wonderful, and the bar staff were superb.

For the most part my stay at this hotel was satisfactory, however, the restaurant was well below par, the menu very limited. My dissatisfaction was on my day of departure. Between 9 and 11am., three people barged into the room while I preparing to leave. No knocking on the door, they just opened it and came in, once while I was getting dressed. I thought that was highly unprofessional. The door leading to the pool was stuck on several occasions, as a matter of fact I was locked out because of a lock malfunction. The location was good, the room relatively clean, pool well maintained.

very nice location to most major atractions, i.e. Centenial park/Aquarium/ Coca-cola Center, and Atlanta Braves Turner Field. The lack a refrigerator and the bathroom was a little to small plus the toilet seat was fitted with a extra thick rim (handycap seat). Hotel guess were charged $18. for parking your own vehicles.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was great, my only complaint is the lack of a restaurant.

I have traveled and been to numerous hotels around the world and find my stay at the Sheraton to be one of my best hotel experiences. Anything myself or my son asked for was delivered or taken care of within 5-8 minutes, staff was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.The indoor pool and balconies were one of the best features. Underground Atlanta is 5 blocks away, my son and I walked, highways are around the block, airport is a 15 minute drive and Peachtree street is 2 blocks away which takes you to everything. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the cost of the parking $22 to valet and $17 to self park, but besides that everything was GREAT!!! If this hotel was to work on their parking situation I would Rate them a *****+ but for now ****+

My stay at the Sheraton downtown Atlanta was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was really nice. Housekeeping was very efficient if we requested anything and the overall staff was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the location, we were in the center of everything. We were in the heart of downtown, only walking distance to many of the restruants and attractions. If I make it back to ATL, I would stay here again.
