Excellent Service
Mt experiance at the Atlanta Sheraton was expected to be as good as any other experience at a Sheraton before. The staff in this particular location were the best by far. I do have a liking for Sheratons because of the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the rooms. I was more than satisfied here in Atlanta. All staff I had any dealings with were first class. All food I had was wonderful, and the bar staff were superb.

Very comfortable stay
The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, ATLANTA, GA was comfortable and clean. The room was a good size and very well maintained. Extra requests such as a mini fridge with a freezer were handled promptly, with no issues. The location was great, very close to everything. The one bad point is not something the hotel can change. The Sheraton was at the bottom of a hill: quite a hike to get to where I needed to go, which was a con in 100 degree+ weather! Overall I was very satisfied with all services provided.

Great Value in Downtown Atlanta
This was the best value I've gotten on a hotel in downtown Atlanta in the 10 years we've been going to the Gift Mart. The location was great, the room was everything a 3 or 4 star hotel is expected to be. Especially liked being on the poolside floor...an oasis in the middle of a very hot Atlanta.

Hotel In Deed and Need
Expriencing being ill during business travel is not the best way to visit a new city, but the staff at this location welcomed me and instructed me to rest with a relaxing cup of tea and directions to the nearest Rx store for treatment! The room was peaceful and the housekeeping staff very friendly! I would return to this venue for future business and pleasure trips.

Close to AmericasMart
The Sheraton Atlanta was a comfortable hotel that is only a couple of blocks from AmericasMart. The staff was friendly, the rooms comfortable and the food at bar/restaurant - Fandangles was quite tasty. The only drawback for a business traveler is that there is a charge for use of the WiFi in the room.

Nice lobby, amenities, room; great stay!
Stayed one night to finish up the tail end of a business trip. The staff was very welcoming from the get-go. The room was also nice, with a nice King bed and flat panel TV. The fitness room was superb with a couple tread mills, ellipticals, and some weights. The pool was very cool and had a nice tropic setting. It was a great location as it was walking distance from the Olympic Centennial Park, Aquarium, and Wold of Coca-Cola as well as Atlanta Underground and other places to eat and drink. Excellent value for the Orbitz rate!

A 15 minute walk due west will have you run into the Olympic Centennial park, World of Coca Cola, and the Aquarium if you need something to do. Along the walk, you'll find a smattering of restaurants with different fare.
