Very clean rooms. Friendly staff and the location was very near shopping and food.

Quiet, clean, excellent location and the staff was accommodating.

This hotel was perfect in everyway possible. Only wish double bed rooms had frig, only singles do. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty shopping and places to eat around the corner from hotel.

For the price, this place is a good value. The room was clean, but hallways not so much. The staff was nice. Breakfast was boring with the same items everyday.

Well, it's a pretty nice location, if you're looking for something near the Perimeter mall. It's fairly close to two different metro stations, and all of the shopping and restaurants that Perimeter mall offers. The hotel itself, though, left a great deal to be desired. Fairly clean, but not well maintained. The room I stayed in had a non-working television, a non-working telephone, a sort of working coffee pot (had to hold down the on button during the entire brewing process), and a leaky sink and leaking bathtub seal. The amenities were a mixed bag as well. The free wifi was nice, but the local shuttle only operated for four hours a day, so if you needed to get somewhere outside 8-10 am or 4-6 pm, hopefully you rented a car (lots of fun in Atlanta), had comfortable shoes, or liked the smell of taxis. Wouldn't stay there again, there's too many other options in the area to risk trying the hotel again.

Very impressed with the modern decor, room layout and cleanliness. My daughter and I were only there one night for T Swift concert, so didn't use the nice amenities. Breakfast was nice, but they took the coffee away when they put breakfast away. One issue, housekeeping came in when I was drying my hair and scared my daughter. When I spoke to front desk, they were not initially apologetic. They explained something about express checkout and they were probably checking to see if we were gone to get ahead on the cleaning. Regardless, checkout is noon and visitors should not be interrupted. They were also helpful in finding a Honda dealership when I had van issues. Overall I would happily return and just put the "do not disturb" out next time.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was nice and updated. Noise was an issue...I could hear people using the ice machine from 5 rooms down the hall not to mention other loud guests passing in the hall.

The room at the LaQuinta was not good. The bathroom had mold around the enitre sink, the tub was old, dirty and the stopper was broken. There was roaches in the room as well. After this experience, it is highly unlikely that we'll ever stay at another LaQuinta Hotel.

Beautiful Lobby and Breakfast area, nice landscaping exterior entrance attractive. Rooms very clean, roomy. Unusual decor, not sure what to call it...80's modern? Very good staff....Only one elevator for a 7 story hotel so waiting is not uncommon but not a real issue for me as it wasn't particularly crowded during my stay. Definitely will stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything was great, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accomadating. large pool area, breakfast great. Will stay again. I come to Atlanta about every 6 weeks to see my daughter that attends college at The Art Institute of Atlanta.
