An elegant Atlanta hotel with all the necessary amenities
The JW Marriott Hotel Buckhead Atlanta knows how to stand out, even in a neighborhood packed with beautiful hotels. The pyramid-shaped, lit-up fountain in front of the entrance, the marble-floored lobby and the crystal chandelier over the sitting area all help guests feel like they’ve come to a truly classic hotel. The luxurious feeling continues into the 367 guest rooms and four suites, which have plush comfortable furnishings. Nice Hotel, staff did not keep it quiet
Loud music on my floor in the middle of the night woke me up and once that was stopped, apparently some college kids came in at 4:00 AM yelling and banging all the doors. Desk clerk said the hotel allowed four students per room, a big mistake.

Two Days In Atlanta
The JW Marriott was undergoing renovation this trip. As always, the staff was curtious and helpful. The room was well furnished and clean. My only complaint was the makeshift diningroom. Neither of my two breakfasts there were satisfactory. The kitchen was well off point, with scrambled eggs like cement and gross, greasy meats. Table service was polite, but very disorganized. Otherwise, even with their difficulties this trip, I will stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location. It is not only attached to the mall, but also within walking distance to several good restaurants. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy.

Best place to stay for shopping at Lenox
Celebrating a sweet 16 for my daughter! We chose this hotel because of proximity to the mall she wanted to go to. If I ever need a hotel in Atlanta, I will choose JW Marriott. When we checked in we were afforded a late checkout per our request but the guy helping us allowed me an extra hour so the girls could shop longer. We greatly appreciated this kindness!
