Not The Best
Luckily I have stayed a Hyatt before thus not ruining my complete Hyatt experience. The bathroom door was broken in which you couldn't shut all the way. The knob on the bathroom door was broken as well to the point we were scared the door knob was going to fall off. The shower and the sink were clogged up. The front desk service was pitiful. The television wasn't working properly and the staff refused to come fix the television themselves. The staff tried to talk us through it but that didn't work. They then stated that a person could come fix it the next morning in which we were leaving out that next morning. I ended up fixing the television myself but the hotel refused to give me money in return but insisted to give me a free breakfast that we couldn't eat. The next morning we needed towels in order to clean up before heading out, there were no towels available in which we had to wait an hour past check out in order to retrieve more towels. I must say I wish I would have stayed in the DoubleTree Hotel as I did before which was across the street!

Great one night stay
It would be 5 stars, but their Satellite/Cable was fuzzy the whole time, couldn't watch anything, otherwise one of the best places I have stayed. Great breakfast and staff... no... the staff was amazing.

Driving is horrible in Atlanta, plan for taking twice as long as it should. Not just because of traffic, but because of very poorly marked roads.

Couldn't Have Asked for Better!
My wife and I had to make last minute accommodations when we travelled to Atlanta to watch our beloved UK Wildcats in the NCAA Tournament, and when we booked this hotel we had no idea how fortunate we were soon to be. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out EVERY staff member we encountered, from management to housekeeping, was friendly, courteous and helpful, and we never saw anything but smiles on their faces. The room was clean, comfortable, and efficiently furnished. The continental breakfast bar was enjoyable, and the price was unbeatable. The shuttle service was a lifesaver too, as it ran to and from the the airport every 30 minutes, enabling us to leave our vehicle parked for the entire stay and utilize the public transportation system with literally no hassle. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we ever return to Atlanta, and I highly recommend this hotel. For the price, service, friendly staff and convenience it simply can't be beaten!

A good night stay.
The only complaint I would have about this place would be the breakfast area is very small and it didn't offer alot of options, the biscuits and gravy would have been good, had we not gotten down there at the end of it. The room was very nice and clean, plenty of space for our 5 children to play in. It was worth the money, wish we could have stayed longer.
