HOTEL NOT IN A GREAT LOCATION. FURTHER AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN ATL THEN SUGGESTED. NO NEAR BY ATTRACTIONS. CLOSES PLACE TO CATCH MARTA TRAIN IN TO RIDE BACK TO AIRPORT BY HOTEL SHUTTLE THEN CATCH MARTA TRAIN INTO DOWNTOWN OR MAIN ATTRACTIONS. NO ROOM SERVICE.

We had a couple of quick overnights before leaving and returning to the U.S. from Central America. Comfortable, clean rooms. Very close to airport. Decent, simple breakfast buffet available as well. Free shuttle between airport and hotel, as well as to/from a variety of pretty good restaurants. We were even able to attend a Rotary lunch meeting at a nearby restaurant that was on their list. The staff members were the best. They were particularly friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk. Other than a communications glitch one night which caused a very long wait for the shuttle at a nearby restaurant, it was an enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back for a quick turn around stay, especially if without a car.

I was in Atlanta to take my medical board exam. I picked this hotel because of the advertised soundproofing which did a pretty good job of muffling the noises of the jets overhead. Unfortunately the interior soundproofing was very lacking. I could hear the people next door and could easily hear the doors of other rooms loudly shutting as people went in and out of their rooms in the hall seemingly late into the night. The room itself was nice with comfortable chairs and beds.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable but was overbooked and was bumped from nonsmoking room to a smoking room. There airport shuttle failed to pick us up till we made three phone calls.

Cold water in the shower and I mean ice cold. I do not have a tub at home and I really wanted to soak in a hot bath. Hot water from the sink though. Hummm, sort of a strange trick. No engineer on duty to look into it. I considered getting a hose from a store and filling the tub from the sink. Changed room the next day and finally got a hot shower. Guess what....The day after that lukewarm water only in the shower. Other than that it was just a cookie cutter room. The shuttle guys and staff were great. The tv could use an upgrade and dvd player. The so called high speed internet was slower than anything I have ever used. I could not even check my bank accounts. I used my phone's 3G for internet. Now, let me quote my friend. "Don't you ever book a room here again."

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE. IT WAS A MAJOR UPGRADE TO THE CONDITIONS I FOUND PREVIOUSLY AT THE BEST WESTERN.

I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel. The room was quiet. It was hard to believe the hotel was located at the Airport. I didn't hear any planes. The bathroom could have been a little larger. The complimentary breakfast was great. The breakfast had a variety of choices for everyone.

The first floor/lobby area smelled like smoke. The pool was nice. Breakfast was ok.

It was okay....the breakfast didn't seem like fresh items but apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

I my business trip was a nightmare; my flight to Denver took 7+ hours (due to tornadoes in Denver) I arrived in Atlanta at 3:30 AM, and arrive at the hotel (without my luggage)around 4am. The gal behind the desk was GREAT [....], she couldn't have been nicer. The gentleman who picked me up [...] (I believe) was also very good. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! I finally got my luggage, but had to cancel my business meeting. When I return to Atlanta, I will definitely stay at this hotel!
