AWFUL
Undeniably the worst hotel I have ever stayed.[...] they gave me a terrible small dusty room with a moldy face bowl in bathroom.I cleaned as best as possible with lysol wipes.I didnot rest the night we arrived because I was so disgusted with the room.We arrived late that night from a 12 hour drive we were too tired to complain so I got up early and went to the office.[...] after I complained about the dust and mold while other guests were at the front desk they upgraded me to a Suite

Atlanta Trip
This was a getaway weekend, but it turned out to be dissappointing.. WE checked in on Friday night and everything appeared to be just fine. The room and lakeside view were just perfect, couldn't have been better. On Saturday morning there was no hot water and by the afternoon' no water at all due to a break in the main line. we got water back on Sunday morning, but still no hot water. My trip was pre-paid and I feel I should be compensated for my inconvenience; a free night or 50% discount; I would love to return to a similar room with the lake view.

Perfect family getaway
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast outstanding. Location was great we were only 15 min away from downtown Atlanta. The only problem we haved with the room was it never really got cool in there. Other than that is was outstanding!

Take a chance to see the Atlanta Zoo. Its on the same street where the Braves play. So you can always see the zoo then go to a game all on the same street.

Not What Expected
This hotel was definitely a disappointed for Hawthorn Suites. It was further away from the city center than expected with not many options of things to do nearby. The staff was very unprofessional during the check in process as we heard about other hotel confidential information such as "we don't know who is in that room". The room was a nice size but with very outdated furniture and no wi-fi access. So much for people that have laptops, iPads, etc. I guess it was a great place to sleep.

Wasn't the Best
The hotel was further away from the city than expected. The staff was discussing confidential information of other hotel matters as I was checking in. The rooms were outdated with their furniture and there wasn't any wi-fi. I guess it was a good place to sleep.

Hawthorn Suites
Suite was clean and neat. There was an adequate breakfast and dinner bar. I did not try out the gym or pool but they looked fine. The hotel is well located near the main streets and I 75 and not at all far from downtown by car. There is a free local shuttle service for visitors. I found my unit quiet. It was overlooking a creek. Quite lovely.

Nice and quiet
We loved the location and its close to area shopping. We really liked the apartment style rooms. Our check-in representive ([...]) was very friendly. She made sure all our needs were met. I would recommend this hotel anyone.

Traveling Soccer Mom
just what we needed
The two queen beds and sofa bed were perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathroom was a bit dated but we were only stopping for the night, I was not trying to cook or spending weeks. The setting was very nice, nestled on the North end of the city. We were thrilled to find such a nice accomodation for the price after a long day's drive.

Florida road trip for 3
Free dinner and breakfast in room that would accommodate up to 6! Outstanding...but a little off the beaten path.
