27 Hours of Me Time
I was only in ATL for 27 hours and the Grand Hyatt made my trip memorable. The location was PRIME - it was in close promixity to everything I needed. The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and offered top-notch customer service. Whenever I return back to ATL I will be staying at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead.

Over Priced and looking tired
This was once a grand hotel even after Hyatt took it over from the Nikko but the staff and quality is overpriced but is a nice location but hitel needs some TLC

Busines Stay-I ended up here again
I chose this Grand Hyatt sort of at random since I am primarily Hyatt/Hilton/Marriot traveler. Price was right and it is centrally located with nice clean rooms; some nice touches, marble bathroom fixtures, Double Beds; Since Business I compared and it priced better than JW Marriott yet I woud still consider a high-end; centrally located to much of what Buckhead has to offer

fine for a one night stay, great staff
staff was wonderful and accommodating. the room was clean, big bathroom, a little dated. walls were thin however, could hear people all the way down the hallway. nice lobby.

Mom and Daughter night
Hopefully management will replace the mattress...
I've stayed here before with no problems however, the room we stayed in this time had horrible water pressure at the sink. It wasn't typical of low-flow systems either. The mattress of one of the beds needs to be replaced. I am only 120 pounds and the bed sunk in terribly when I got into it. It was almost comical. But not, because it made for a horrible nights sleep. (If we had not checked in so late, I would have asked to be moved.) One thing I noticed during this stay, I could hear everything in the hall. We could also hear the gentleman in the next room coughing. The hotel is in a great location for dining and shopping. I found it easily accessible and it is very nicely decorated. Our room was clean and smelled fresh.

Great Stay
I loved it here, The staff took care of all of our needs and then some, I highly recommend staying here. Valet is a little too much though

comfortable stay
Everything worked out nicely for our brief stay in Atlanta. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the malls and also the Marta stop which I used to go to the Art Museum. Staff was very freindly and accomodating. We ate lunch and dinner in the main bar/lounge area and both food and service were excellent. Definitely would stay here again.
