Overnight Stay

Nice Hotel

Room was about as could be expected for the $$ ; it WAS cleaned very well each day. Staff was pleasant. My room was 3rd floor, just above an outdoor smoking "garden," that doubled as a loud party location. Very noisy. I was supposed to have plasma TV - NO. Could not buy in-room movies because that was undergoing some repairs (reports are that's been going on for some time). I did have wireless, but it was $10 per 24 hrs. I commented to a travel companion that it doesn't pay to try and save some bucks on a hotel because one is often disappointed when the hotel doesn't deliver, as is the case here.

Great!
Bed was super comfy and the Customer Service desk was so polite! Its in a great area, close to downtown and to White Water, everything was really great, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Short drive from hotel
Don't Bother going to Lenox Mall, its too ritzy and crowded. Try the local malls maybe, or find some fun shops. That big mall is nothing but pricks, don't expect to find ANY help there unless you wave a couple hundred bucks in the air when you walk in the store.

It was ok.
Location was good. Free breakfast would have been great. I did have a problem with them charging me for things that they were not supposed to charge me for. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. A microwave would have been good. Oh and there was no flat screen TV, so the description lies.

It was great.
Everyone was very friendly. The room was very nice and extremely clean. The only issue I had with the hotel was that they charger $9.99 for 24 hours of wireless internet usage, but that's not a deal breaker. I'm going to be going to Atlanta fairly regularly for a while and I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly people
Nice people, great restaurant only complaint was that the in room movies were broken and no one told us until after we decided to eat at the restaurant and stay in to watch a movie. By the time we found out the movies were broken we could not go out so we spent the rest of the night watching local TV

Very nice
The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The business center was great with free internet. The hotel restaurant was nice but there were no other dining options and the restaurant was expensive. The rooms were nice and comfortable but sound did travel through walls and I was woken up at 4am each morning by the neighbors.

Happy...
Had classes every day but my husband came with me and enjoyed the quiet clean surroundings. Hated that it was $10 per day to just use the internet. Was told that there was free internet in the business center but when he went there it was not working properly that day. He hated that it took us until the last night to realized you had an indoor pool but that was noone's fault but our own. I hated the Hilton that we stayed at in Greenville last year and from what I understand, they are part of the same family, would NEVER stay at a Hilton again but definitely will be staying at a Double Tree again!!

Excellent Hotel
We were traveling through. The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay.
