People Friendly
Staff is great. The buffet breakfast is fair. The rooms are very comfortable but the A/C heater was very noisy. We had to sleep with it turned off. In a great area.

Mostly fine.
Check-in was easy and uneventful. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable. Valet parking attendant left on vehicle lights resulting in a dead battery at departure time and a delay of an hour while equipment to jump off vehicle was located.

Amazing business trip
The location was perfect,mall,restaurant,transportation,class and hyper city. Rooms was clean,everything was working perfectly. 24 hours fitness access ,not that big but all the essentials.Also LAZiness up the street.Breakfast with multiple choice.Customer service excellent .

Nice enough, not special
The hotel and its amenities are nice enough for basic travel, no luxuries but everything you need and very clean. The one thing that was surprising is that the hotel staff called my hotel room at 10:30pm to check if there was an extra pillow in my room that a previous guest may have left.

good solid hotel for the price conceous
I had twice dinner at the hotel because of bad weather - food was ok I expected what I found, and therefore there were no unknowns and also no higher expectations what seem to have improved is the food

BLACKFRIDAY IN THE ATL.
GREAT LOCATION FOR SHOPPING OR DINNING, MOVIES EVERYTHING WALKING DISTANCE ... ROOMS ARE SMALL, BUT CLEAN, STAFF WERE GREAT

Good Location for why we were in Atlanta
We attended a wedding in Atlanta. It seemed odd some guests received free breakfast and others didn't. Typically all or no guests receive free breakfast with thier stay. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No on-site fitness center or a pool. The best thing about the hotel was there was warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. I would not recommend the Double Tree. I would stay at the Embassy Suites when I return to Atlanta.
