DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta Airport

Not by the hotels fault but I arrived very late that evening and the only room late was a smoking room and I was not happy, I paid for my room in advance so my room should have been reserved regardless as to what time i arrived, however the Hotel is ok.

Nice hotel and staff....was only in town for a quick overnight get-a-way....finding hotel is a bit challenging....wish it was more lighting along the street near entrance to hotel and along the driveway.....but for the price and comfort I would stay again.....parking should be free

This was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay, but they apparently have so many shuttle clients from the airport that they charge for parking, which should really just be included in the hotel price. It's a little misleading, but it's a good hotel for the area.

Had a great time, no problems at all. Will be probably be staying there again next year. I would recommend it highly. The only downside was the $10.00 overnight fee to park, I wasn't too happy about that, other than that all was good.

The hotel was everything I expected, It feels I was at the comfort of my home; staff members were very polite, internet services provided makes me feel complete.

We have stayed at Doubletrees across the country in the past, & our expectations were always met & exceeded. This location was somewhat challenging to get to, & the facilities , at best, were minimally acceptable considering the chain's reputation. The interior was tidy, but very worn,& there was an annoying residual smokiness about the room that truly interferred with getting a restful night's sleep.There were no bellcarts available to facilitate our luggage, which did not enhance the experience as well. On the plus side, the staff was very courteous.

Hotel was great with a beautiful, clean, big room. I have always stayed there when flying out of the Atlanta airport because it offered free parking and shuttle to the airport; however they now charge for parking your car (bummer!) but the shuttle is still free. When I balked at the new (to me it was new) charge for car parking, the great clerk gave me a discount. Really nice folks and a really nice hotel!

I was in Atlanta for a seminar and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Many of the TV channels were not working (including CNN and I was in Atlanta!!!). I was told the night of my checking-in that they were working on the satellite dish but apparently were not able to fix the problem. Twice the bath rug was not replaced and two other separate occasions the trash can was not emptied. The fitness center was a gathering place for young adults.

The Double Tree Hotel was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. This was my first trip to Atlanta and there was plenty to do. The Double Tree was the best bargain I found. Hotels closer to the city were much higher in price, and sometimes double the price if there was a Braves home game that night.
