Great amenities and service in a perfectly convenient location
The Crowne Plaza Hotel Atlanta – Ravinia is in the Perimeter Center area, which has great shopping, restaurants and business facilities. The hotel is set in an attractive leafy environment across the road from Perimeter Mall and is an easy commute to Buckhead and downtown Atlanta. Crowne Plaza let down
The hotel was clean and impressive but when we got to the room it was very dissappointing, The beds were very ordinary and no refrigerator and the television was very ordinary. This was 4 star listing but stayed at a better 2 1/2 star the next night.

Boring for the price
Nothing in room, no microwave or free Internet. Much better hotels for same price in area.

Location great, housekeeping bad.
The Hotel was very small, the room wall was very thin so I was awaken constantly by the noise next door, people was very noisy, parking was impossible, the room was very small, no fridge they don't keep it clean, the wall was nasty with stains, the restaurant was always close so room service is all they have to provide you with food, it was really not worth what I paid for the Hotel and will not recommend or stay in the Hotel again especially if I go there again during the Holiday which is the only time I go to Georgia.

One Night At Ravinia
I was very upset that the two main resteraunts were closed for private parties. We had to leave the facility to find a place to have dinner.

Weekend Getaway
The grounds and lobby are very nice. The location is across from the Perimeter Mall and near numerous restaurants. The onsite restaurants provide good value, especially for a hotel. The rooms are somewhat dated, as is the health club. The indoor pool is nice but seemed to have too much chlorine. There isn't a hot tub, which was somewhat disappointing. Overall, a decent hotel at a good location but I wouldn't say that it is luxurious or deserving of 4 stars.

Very nice hotel
Having to attend business seminars can be a nightmare, but this was quite a pleasant experience. The seminar I needed was offered at this Crowne Plaza Ravinia and it couldn't have gone better. The hotel staff was friendly and considerate, the dining offered on premises was superb and the room was clean and exquisitely comfortable! I intend to plan my next seminar attendance to coincide with those offered at this hotel!

Just be warned, the Perimeter Mall across Ashford-Dunwoody Rd. does not have very many stores suitable for shopping for gifts for children, unless clothes are the wished for item. If you've promised a surprise to young one at home, you will probably want to try other options.

Great location at a reasonable price
If you drive from the North you may turn into the wrong entrance. The self parking situation is not clearly identified. When I asked about parking at the entrance to the hotel, I was told they have valet parking (end of conversation) I rode around the hotel property until I stumbled upon it. Other than those two minor things, I had a great expereince at this facility.

Although the distance from the hotel to shopping and eating is really close, take your car. To cross the street on foot could be deadly. Everything you could possibly want is within blocks of the hotel. I did not eat at the hotel so I really could not rate the food or service.

Business seminar
I was travelling to attend a business seminar. All was very lovely; my only wish is that there were more selection for dining. The main restaurant is dinner only; the other restaurant is breakfast and lunch only and the small lounge is all that's available to evening diners who don't want a big meal or room service.

NIce 2 day get-away to a very nice hotel complex located just across from Perimeter Mall but situated in a serene deeply wooded and nicely landscaped area.
