Clean, midtown hotel
the two negatives were no small refrig for cold drinks and the confusion over gated parking charges. It says you have to pay $15.00 per night to stay there and your room key gets you out of the gate. When we left however we were not charged.

Get everything you might need while you are out. It is a distance (1 mile plus) to local restaurants and the traffic is incredible.

what can I say
the good thing is that hotel is just a few bloks away from the Midtown train MARTA station so the shuttle can take you there and pick you up. The bad thing is that if you are coming from abroad and not having the USA number you will spend a lots of money waiting for the front desk man or shuttle service to answer the phone, you would otherwise speak to the maschine. The room was good, the tv ok, the internet was excellent. Whn I came into the room I called the ront desk to say that the bed linens do not seem to be completely clean, and asked for the new ones. They never came. So I had to use the towels. The ice maschine on the flor was broken, but nobody came to fix it. There is a good restaurant in the vicinity, with Italian specialities, that was absolutely the best thing about my visit to Atlanta.

Veni, Vidi, Vici, excellent Italian restauran, and I reallly know Italian cuisine, and sometimes I am very precise about al dente pasta! This is a restaurant with reasonable prices, with great stuff, which are very polite and experts to answer the questions about the food and drinks. Have to visit if going to Atlanta!

A beautiful establishment!
First of all the hotel sits right downtown where I had the pleasure of taking beautiful picture of Atlanta's skyline. The hotel was neat and clean and wonderfully decorated in modern fashion. The staff was friendly also helpful with directions around the city. The only problem I had was my balcony door wouldn't lock and the cable TV was limited. Overall I had a pleasant stay and this would definately be my first choice when I visit again.

Home town feel. Very Nice.
This location is very convenient to I75-I85. Also convenient to shopping a few streets over on 14th street. I found the staff very friendly. Many of them went out of their way to see if I needed anything. I travelled with a service dog which every one loved and thought she was a true gem. I enjoyed the staff knowledgeable with regards to the local happenings and popular things to do. Many of the staff in the restaurant did a fantastic job also. There was two particular people that stood out in my mind. One of the staff was Quinton and the other was Janice. Both of them were very friendly and professional. I appreciate that. Thank you so much for a great stay. The hotel room was clean and housekeeping came prompt and did a great job. Thanks.

good for downtown Atlanta
The room was acceptable. Location is a bit isolated, but Atlantic Station (shops & restaurants) is a 10-min walk, as is the Midtown MARTA station. Next door to Turner Broadcasting.Van transportation for nearby locations M-F. The driver, [...], is knowledgable and friendly.The staff is friendly, helpful, terrific.The lounge has food and drink, and the breakfast is worthwhile.The fitness center is small, but I never waited for a machine.Georgia Tech is only a few block south.

Downtown is far from the airport, but happily, the MARTA rail connects them very efficiently and cheaply. Take the gold or red line from the airport to Midtown station. Then you can walk 10 minutes, or call the hotel and they will pick you up.
