Great location for both football game at Ga Tech and visiting family in Decatur. Was easy to find, good parking and convenient to lots of restaurants, gas stations, etc. Restaurant in lobby and access to computers for printing airlione tickets.

Family visit
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on my balconey in the evening. The hotel staff greeted me every time I walked through the lobbey. I would defiintely stay here again! My only disappointment was that a light breakfast was not included.

Bowl Game Trip
Beds were amazing. Rooms were very clean and fresh smelling.We came to Atlanta to go to Georgia Dome for New Years Bowl Game with our South Carolina Gamecocks. The hotel offered shuttle service to subway...so saved a cab fare. Water pressure was good in shower and flat screen tv had a great picture. Stayed 6 miles out of Atlanta and was downtown in less than 20 minutes without driving. I will stay here again and highly recommend

Take shuttle to Marta subway. Round trip is only four dollars and you only make one simple train shift.

The Reality
[...]did not transfer our information to the hotel. So we had to provide them a copy of the reservation that our breakfast should be free.In addition, we felt that the hotel was more expensive than it should be.Internet in Hotel Lobby was down and the staff seemed to be unable to fix it.

Unhappy Traveler
Not so good stay
When I first arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a nice lady. After, that everything went down hill. I called the front desk and sometimes nobody answered the phone and when I asked a questions there was a smart respones given. The pool was not clean and had bugs floating around, I asked did they have someone to clean the pool and they said no. The van didnot run on the weekend. Which was unfornate,because if you want to ride the train you will have to pay to park then ride. The hotel was not that pleasant.

The hotel was not far from most of the attractions in downtown Atlanta. Just a short hop on the highway and you where there near everything.

room should have had a queen size bed, it was too small for a king size bed. I called ahead of time and requested a refrigerator, there wasn't one in the room when I arrived at 6 PM, I was told that they were not aware of my request and that there was no refrigerators available at that time.

Was fine. Looking at Emory and apartments to move into, by the time we got back to the hotel, we were exhausted, and went to bed. Nice hot showers, was clean, and quiet.
