Had a good stay, hotel is very clean, comfortable and very weel located with lots of shopping and restaurant options near by. Would stay definitely again, it was a very good overall experience.

Great Stay
Came to Atlanta for a bowl game. The hotel is a little ways from Downtown but was great for staying out of traffic.

Best Service Ever!!
My stay at the CourtYard Cumberland Location was wonderful. The staff are pleasant people that are always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your stay a great one. The suite that I stayed in was very clean and cozy and the balcony was a bonus!! Thank you!!

Perhaps just a little tweak
The room was as discribed, very large and comfortable. For this hotel to receive 4 or 5 stars it does need to do a better job on the little maintenance jobs. There is nothing more aggravating then light switches on lamps that don't work and remote controls/keyboards that don't function or are broken. This was not a cheap hotel so my expectations are a little higher. The beds were also not very comfortable - the sofabed sloped and the king bed was lumpy and way too soft. Also for the price a free continental breakfast would be nice. Charging $12 for a breakfast was way too expensive.

Hotel Nice
The hotel was nice but at this time they were doing some renevations and you had to go through the basement which I didn't like too much. Plus the staff wasn't the friendliest. The manager that checked me out of the hotel seemed bothered by the fact that I might have interupted her from doing something else in the back. Not friendly at all. Didn't say thank you or have a nice trip home or anything. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy from them. Will not stay there again. I believe in customer service and their was little there but that's just my opinion.

Good basic hotel to spend a few nights
This hotel is well located for my purposes close to I285 and Cumberland Mall in Atlanta. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we occupied - double queen - is of a good size, comfortable beds and clean. The bathroom is of good proportions with well working functional amenities. The hotel has a good pool and gym. Breakfast was varied with different offerings, coffe was provided in the room. The internet connection via a hotel provided cable was free and worked well. this is probably one of the older Courtyard properties, but reasonably well maintained.

There is Cumberland Mall, Barnes & Noble and a number of other shopping facilities close by plus a choice of restaurants all a short drive away. Morover the new Cobb Center has a good theater / concert Hall
