Pretty nice hotel
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. My room had a slight mildew smell as if the water in air conditioning had been sitting for a while. This smell soon faded. Overall, I was very happy with my room and would stay here again.

Bad tipping weekend
Weekend Getaway
The service was aweful. Started when the room keys were not activated properly and we had to make a second trip to the front desk. The drain in the tub didn't work and maintenance had to be called. We had to remind and/or ask the restaurant server to bring the food items and condiments we ordered. She didn't check to see how the meal was going. The complimentary shuttle driver was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing him. He was much more comfortable talking to the hotel staff than the customer. The valet had a frown from beginning to end. The hotel location was the only plus.

OK, but
It was ok except that the internet was down, apparently due to a storm that went through shortly before I arrived. While that was not their fault, they certaily didn't seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed and they had absolutely no suggestions for any alternatives. Thus, the "don't care attitude" of the front desk staff out weighed the fine job by the folks parking the car and working in the restaurant at breakfast.

Bistro Niko is a delisious spot right across the street. They offer great french food in a relaxing romantic atmosphere.

Great Weekend Getaway!
The staff was friendly and courteous...The hotel was very clean and the room was better than expected...The only thing that could have become a problem is that you have to pay extra for parking.

Two very large malls within walking distance of the hotel...But the hotel had a shuttle service that would take you and pick you up if you needed a ride.

Very pleased! Great customer service! The staff was warm, friendly, and very accomadating. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was Fantastic! Friends and I walked everywhere (the mall, movies, bars, & resteraunts). I plan to stay here again upon my return

Great 49th Birthday celebration
This was a great trip and a very nice place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, had a great view, no problems of noise, no disturbance from hotel staff trying to clean my room. My only complaint and it is small due to the number of restaurants in the area, was the lack of items on the menu in the hotel.
