We traveled for a wedding. I had no problem booking online. I had no trouble finding the hotel or checking in to the hotel. Got it for $80 a night. It was a nice room with 2 full size beds and nonsmoking. It was a nice room. The person on duty that night was nice when we were look for a pizza place. The person on duty the next morning when we wanted towels was not so helpful. We called down stairs and got no response and had to go down to get them. The breakfast was not so great. Coffee was ok, the canned fruit was ok and the muffins were ok but it was nothing special lol no waffles or donuts or anything. We had no trouble checking out the next day. Everything was clean and nice and with no noise problems. Beds and pillows were very comfortable I wanted to take a pillow but I didnt!

There were a lot of night clubs and bars and things by driving in to Athens and lots of shops but it was night and were closed.

check with hotel first
We requested thru [...] to have 2 rooms as close as possible. Desk clerk acted like he had no message but it was on our paper. We ended up 3 stories away from each other. Ad says pets ok, but doesn't say there will be an extra charge when you arrive. I've had 5 hip surgeries and needed pool and workout room, neither was available. After unpacking we discovered ants all over the table. My wife had to clean coffee pot and table but we were afraid to put any of our things out. We did not sleep because the temp was not adjustable so we cooked all night. That was both rooms. They advertise breakfast in AM but did not allow for the large group of college aged kids staying. Nothing was left for us. I saw desk guy go into a room and get another guest a bagal..most everything was cleaned out and to hotel had enough notice to have supplies on hand. NEVER AGAIN

We wanted to treat our guests to nice dinner but the area is so saturated that every decent restaurant was 2-3 hour wait. try that with a 1 yr old. we settled at Ryans buffet..not what we had hoped for.

A nice stay
We stayed at this hotel when we were attending a Georgia football game. There were lots of fans in the hotel, but it was quiet at night. We skipped the continental breakfast the next morning because it was so busy and a bit understocked. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
