Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly when checking in and out. The room was very clean and smelled good when you entered (non-smoking). We did not have time to eat the continental breakfast this time but certainluy would next time. We will definetly stay there again in the future.

Great value for great location
This hotel was in a perfect location for my friends from out of town to be able go back and forth between greek life on Milledge Ave. and downtown Athens and didn't break the bank!

Nice hotel
Great breakfast. I had a problem with the room lock that di not lock due to the drained batteries. The staff solved the issue on my request promptly although it took them a while to realize that it is a serious issue.

Night in Athens, GA
This was pretty much a place to lay our heads after a night out in Athens, GA. It was affordable, close to downtown, and had a good bed. It met every expectation!

Order the taxi at least an hour before you need it. On a Saturday night you'll be lucky to get one in Athens, GA.

Overnight stay
Clean room except for the leftover washcloth hanging from the shower nozzle. Quiet room even though it was ground level. Good breakfast started early (5am).

Disappointed
The hotel was more expensive than the Four Points and Radisson we had stayed in the 2 nights before The rooms were very small compared to the other hotels we had stayed in on our trip The rooms smelt stale and unclean The pillows were unclean We had to kill 5 flies in one room

Great experience!
This was a great place to stay for our visit. I plan on returning and using this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I could ask for would be a better continental breakfast layout, but the room itself was very pleasant. Thought it was fairly quiet considering it's busy location.

Excellent value
Great experience. Right across from The Varsity and Shane's Rib Shack. The only "complaint" (which isn't really a complaint at all) is that it was advertised as walking distance from downtown.... technically it is, but the walk would be a rough one up a hill. That's no drawback at all though. I am DEFINATELY staying there when I return next year.

Average Bar hopper
Good for what was needed
I was heading to Athens to stay the night for my birthday and wanted a place within walking distance to the bars. It wasn't the shortest walk ever (about 10-15 min walk) but it was worth it. Cabs can be expensive. The breakfast in the morning was decent, and the room cleanliness was good. The only complaint I had is that they seriously need to draino their showers, it was NASTY how full the tub got while taking a shower. Other than that, I recommend it!!
