Better Than Your Typical Two Star
The hotel looks much better on the inside than on the outside. The room was clean (as clean as a four star), and it was wonderfully quiet. The information booklet was out of date in one respect: the Wi-fi Internet instructions did not work. I had to phone the desk to find out how to connect to the Internet. Once the clerk told me, the process was simple. The continental breakfast was simple but good. Overall the hotel proved an excellent value for the price.

Horrible Hotel
This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. They did not even come to clean room when we left for the day. We even had to ask for new towels when we needed them. I room also had a horrible odor.

Dis Gruntled
No Customer Service
Where to begin? Arrived an hour after check-in time only to find it'd be another 30 mins before room was clean. 30 minutes turned to 45 real quick... While we waited we watched 2 different walk-ins ask if there were open rooms, which there were, and they were promptly given keys before we were helped or offered different rooms. Once we got into our room, housecleaning came right in (no knock or anything) to clean and vacuum which leads me to believe that the room I stayed in was not actually clean at all... fantastic! Terrible customer service and dirty rooms - enough said!

AWESOME PLACE
We had to get a room at last minute. We went to the Eagle concert.. Room was very clean.. Whole place smelled good... like incense.. Price was very good. Employess were super nice. The only bad thing is not enough coffee in room for coffee adicts. LOL Will be staying again in November for the Rush concert.. Right next door was a great Indian Resturant.

Unbeatable location for the price
We were looking for a place to stay that was clean,safe and not to far away from North Point mall, Alpharetta, GA which is where we planned to spend most of our vacation. I have to say, Ramada Suites was it! Room was on the small side compared to other… places we have stayed,but we only needed a place to sleep and keep our stuff. The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. A 10 minute ride took us to all the great areas of Alpharetta that we wanted to visit. A couple of good, reasonably priced restaurants less then 5 minutes from where we were staying. Definitely not a fancy place but fit our purpose. We would come back here again.

A bit on the lower end of the spectrum
The second floor smelled bad. The clientele was shady. The rooms were dingy. The staff was extra-ordinarily nice (hence the 2* rating)

price is right but the place is wrong
Wrong room was given to me, and was replaced with a smaller lesser room. No compensation was given for the wrong room. The pool was broken all week and was told everyday that it was being fixed and never was. The free continental breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for. The food was stale and improperly chilled or warmed.
