Courteous and understanding

Came to Alpharetta for a Phish concert at Encore Park. Stayed at Hilton based on location and convenience. Being a concert by a band synonymous with partying and having a good time the Hilton staff were very patient and courteous of their fans. It is refreshing when a staff actually realizes who their customers are instead of a name or number on a piece of paper. Night security was inviting and not harassing at all. When the parking filled up they worked with me to help resolve the issue. My only complaint may be the price of breakfast, over $10 after gratuity was added by me. There was nothing more than eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy as well as all the processed goodies like cereal, muffins, turnovers, etc.

Courtesy staff; comfortable bed;individual room temperature control at low noise level; print-out of driving directions to airport; decent continental breakfast. No complaint at all.

Good location, great price!!

We did not partake of meals or other amenities as we were in town to visit family, but the room was well-kept and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here, and I am sure that we will return.

great location

Stayed at this hotel for a mid-week concert at Verizon Amphitheater in Alpharetta. Hotel was busy with a mix of business and concert travelers, and the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and offered recommendations on dining and travel options readily when asked. I would recommend this hotel for its value and its proximity to events at Verizon to future travelers.

Great location--good value!

We were in Alpharetta to help our son move. The hotel was very comfortable and located close to his new home. It was also adjacent to several retail areas so that we could shop for many of the things he needed. We also took advantage of the Big Creek Greenway (which runs through the area quite near the hotel). It was a very nice "time out" from moving.

Great Hotel
