Just a room
3 nights and only 1 pack of coffe. My first time at one, they don't take your trash daily, no additional coffee, soap but no shampoo, creaky floors sorry to the people below. Just not a place I think I would return too.

Horrible Experience
I travel often and generally have a reasonable tolerance for service issues on the road. But this hotel takes the cake for the worst service I've encountered in years. First, when I checked in the front desk clerk never even made eye contact. When another customer behind me mentioned an issue with his room she was rude to him. What was really bad was this was the last time I ever saw a hotel employee. I visited the front desk three times to try to get shampoo. There was never anyone there. On one occasion there were people waiting to check in who had been there for a while. The front desk clerk could not be found. On the other occasions the lights were out and no one could be found. My room was never cleaned. Never! The room itself was dirty and in need of an overhaul. Would I stay here again - never. This place doesn't deserve to have guests!

Good Bargin But ....
The hotel set up is very good. The room was large and even included a reclining Lounge Chair as well as a sleep sofa and King Bed. The kitchenette was just that. A good large refrigerator and full freezer which I needed for medications and the ice travel packs needed for the plane trip. But the counter space was small and the stove was not capable of cooking a meal. The room was aging a bit and repairs were not current. I had to have a wall lamp replaced that was over the desk in order to have light to work, but it was done quickly and without fuss. My biggest surprise/issue was that there is no daily maid service unless an additional fee is paid.[...]This is meaningful to me and a will probably not stay there again because of it. I do want to say that the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Really nice people and that does go a long way. Overall I found the hotel to be adequate to good and certainly worth the amount I paid.

Forgettable experience
I have stayed at a few "Extended Stay" type hotels, but this one was pretty bad. There was no "security latch" on the door, just the built in deadlock bolt. My bedspread, blanket, and floor had cigarette burns (though no odor of smoke). The carpet in my room was filthy, and all of the furniture was dinged and scratched. The TV was on a "swivel base" but could only be seen from the chair, or bed. It couldn't be seen from the bathroom area or the office/kitchen area. All in all, not very spacious...but cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

The Northpoint Mall area has just about every shop or restaurant you'd ever need, as is just one exit down on 400.

FLEAS!!!!!
Walked into the room and was immediately bitten by tons of fleas! There were so many they were visible on the floor!
