Great experience kids stay free. Free cook to order breakfast and parking. Room was clean and spacious with kitchennette. Room service available Easy access to interstate and attracctions Inside pool and gym. Will stay again!!!!!

Perfect location for wedding group. Clean and well maintained. Also good business location.

Just what I wanted.

I was there on business for a week and this was my second stay that this hotel. I was very happy with both visits except for the noise levels during the Managers Receptions. I understand that it is very diffacult to maintain noise levels with the open space, so I just spent the time in my bedroom. Otherwise, great accomodations.

The hotel was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I am accustomed to when traveling. But that could be because I normally stay at the same location since I am familiar with what they offer. However, the hotel was wonderful. Full gym; not just exercise machines, but full gym. Great breakfast; as they are known for their breakfast. And I enjoyed the location; right off the major highway and the surroundings were wonderful. Great restaurants in walking distance and the mall right across the street. I would rate this facilities a 9.

Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable, friendly service, great breakfast. Loved the indoor pool, hotel easily accessible from GA-400. Near a terrific mall and lots of restaurants. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel.

The initial impression for this hotel was that it was a great value for the money, with nice facilities and a good atmosphere. After checking in and going to my room, I noticed that they gave me the wrong room, I booked a single king and they gave me two doubles. I immediately called the front desk via my room phone a total of 4 times, and all four times my call went unanswered. I have a feeling that they knew that I was calling to complain about my room and they decided not to answer. I then went down to the front desk and told the front desk agent about my room problem and she informed me that since I booked thru [...], my room type was not guaranteed and that she didn't have any single king non-smoking rooms available. This is terrible customer service, especially since I'm a Hilton HHonors member and have know what to expect from the chain. I work for the Radisson Hotel chain as a front desk agent (gsr) and we give evryone the room they booked or better, even if you book with [...]. As a Radisson employee, I utilize the "Yes I Can" attitude when working with guests which I think Embassy Suites should do as well. The room itself was so-so. Upon arriving, the room smelled musty (as if I could have been the first person to sleep in that room in a month). Although smelly,it was very spacious and updated, with tastefully decorated spaces and a generously sized tv. As for the bathroom, the toilet ran all night. I find it extremely disappointing that this hotel does not live up to the quality of the Hilton hotel chain that it belongs to and will not pay another visit to the Embassy Suites of Alpharetta.

Great location, near lots of stores ,near train station. good for families ,nice indoor pool ,hot tub and gym and nicer hot complimentary cooked to order breakfast! Rooms are clean with flat screen tvs. Definitively will stay again.

[...]. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The managers reception each night (free drinks and snacks) was a nice way to unwind and honestly between this in the evening and the breakfast each morning, this alone paid for the room! We traveled to the Atlanta Area with multiple family members for a wedding and shared two suites. The staff made sure they were next to each other and even offered to try to find and adjoining suite. They also offered to accomodate early check-in due to our tight schedules. The rooms were big and each had a door to close between the bedroom & living room for the grandbaby at bedtime. We had a double suite and a king suite, both were very nice. The cooked to order breakfast was AMAZING and the chefs were oh so nice. Room service was super quick, the atrium is calming and beautiful. My only small dissappointment was the pool area was hot and stuffy and was overrun with children at the time(to no fault of the hotel) the hot tub was a bit too hot.. otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was excellent. I would definitely visit this hotel again!!

The Embassy Suites is a perfect family-friendly hote. The complimentary breakfast offerred something for everyone. Front desk staff is superb, always willing to be helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.
