Baymont Inn and Suites Albany

We were very pleased with our stay at the Baymont. The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, as everything was individually wrapped instead of all being on one platter for guests to serve themselves. We won't hesitate staying at the Baymont again when staying in the area.

The staff was wonderful and the bedding was new and comfortable. The hotel was bought out and the name changed the day we checked in. We couldn't find it and fortunately had the phone number to find it-it is now Baymont.

The location of the hotel was excellent, central for the driving we had to do, while in Albany. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were efficient. My only problem was the noise from the heat/air conditioner. It was very loud , therefore we could not keep the unit on at night. That night was cold and we had to put on extra clothes to stay warm and to get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel, clean, pool, fitness room, free continental breakfast, close to several fast food restaurants and mall. Reasonable price. Would gladly stay there again. Had 15% off [...] code and non smoking king cost me $74.

The hotel was just fine, room was very nice and staff was pleasant but the hotel was almost empty and when we asked for a downstairs room were told that we had already been preassigned to an upstairs room so that we couldn't be changed. We checked in late so I felt certain that they wouldn't fill up that night but we just went upstairs without comment. Would have been more convenient to be downstairs.

Asked for second room because first one smelled awful and was filthy-over all condition was poor. Second room a little better but still poor value for the money. Turned on air conditioner and smelled like somebody pee'ed in it. Complimentary breakfast was not like other Jameson's that we stayed in--nothing hot all packaged. Would never stay at another Jameson Inn--

I WAS IN TOWN FOR A FAMILY REUNION.THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE.BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

We had a very pleasant short stay at the Jameson Inn in Albany. We were in town for the Albany Nut Roll Bicycle Ride and needed to be as close as possible to Chehaw Wild Animal Park. The Jameson Inn was very convenient. We checked in very late (12:30am), which was not a problem. We had notified the hotel prior to the date of arrival. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space. We didn't require much, as we were only there to sleep and leave again at by 7am. It was very quiet. The only appliances we used were the coffee maker and the air conditioner and they both worked fine. There was a hair dryer available too. No refrigerator in our room. The bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well. We did utilize the WiFi. The hotel was very close to the Albany Mall and there was an Arby's just in front of the Jameson Inn inside the same parking lot. There was a small shopping center on the other side. We would stay at the Jameson Inn again.

The Jameson Inn in Albany is a jewel. Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great staff. There are several quality dining options right around the corner, and fast food is close by. I'd stay there again.
