Nice for business
The room was good with seating and a small workspace. It had a Big TV, Wi-Fi, firm pillows. The bathroom is very nice. I liked the complimentary white ginger soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of hot water. Tight site. Parking can be a problem. Close to Atlantic Avenue with bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a high speed freight rail line nearby.

Great bargain
Better hotel than several on the beachfront, but at half the price. A long walk to the beach, but easy access to the restaurants and shopping on Atlantic Avenue. One of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was the star with a superb shower. Easy parking, but at $15 per diem. Free street parking is available within a block or two. An excellent value for a a good room in a beach resort town during the high season.

Buddha restaurant. Excellent food in an upscale Asian decor. Superb and friendly service. Order many dishes to share. They come at random times from three different kitchens. Our party of four was shocked at the low price for the continuous parade of wonderful food we ordered and shared.

Casa Di Pepe... Across the street very short walk. Great Italian food and service. CIA Chef Jerry knows what he's doing....

Could Be Good Hotel
The hotel is nicely located and it has nice size rooms and facilities. Breakfast is fine too, with fresh fruit and all. The problem starts with the way the hotel was built, typicall of late cheap construction: 1)windows will not open; 2) air conditioner is on full force = you freeze at all times; 3) there is no way to turn freezing system off or down!!!!!; 4) when you turn off the lights to sleep: surprise! a ultra bright blue light illuminates the room all night! and there is no way to turn it off; 5) refrigerator is very very noisy too, but that's an easy fix (if you don't need to store anything in there), just pull the plug out and dream of being in one of those old times hotels where you felt more like a human being.....

Vic & Angelo's right around the corner has good italian food. Be careful whe ordering, since plates are huge!
