Decent price for the area
Had a few maintenance issues with elevators while I was there, but otherwise staff was helpful and the room was clean and the bed/pillows at Holiday Inns are great. Power plugs is usually an issue for phone chargers - seems like only a few hotels get this right. Pool was clean and surprisingly secluded considering its right next to a freeway. Restaurant food was fine and the cook was friendly.

Excellent and convenient
The staff was pleasant, courteous and accomodating. For example, when we had finished breakfast and were looking for our server (who couldn't see us because we were behind some plants), a cook got the server's attention and sent her to us. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was very, very quiet despite being a stone's throw to PBI airport. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn location.

PBI Trip
I stayed here for the proximity to PBI airport. The airport shuttle was good as well as the free Wi-FI. Wish it was a little less expensive and had room service after 9PM.

Good Outweighs Bad Easily
The staff at the West Palm Airport Holiday Inn was extra courteous, very responsive, willing to go the extra mile if only asked to. Hotel was not responsible for the obnoxious 3 AM conduct of several guests arriving back from the local clubs, carrying on as if it were 12 o'clock noon. TV remote controls do tend to wear out at hotels. Aside from those two things which got rectified immediately, all was perfect , spotlessly clean and quiet from any exterior sound.

The West Palm Airport Holiday Inn is convenient to anything (including Stuart and Boca Raton), getting in and out of its amply-sized parking lot...despite its location on a highly-trafficked road was phenominally easy for some reason I have yet to figure out. The elevators seemed almost instantaneous each and every time despite being right near hotel capacity (emphasis on "each and every time"). For just our one night stay, a rock-solid hour was freed up so it was effortless to include another couple of local shops/sights for us to visit.

Overnight before flight
The hotel was fine for what we needed. Checked in late at night for flight the next day. Staff was cheerful. Good location next to PBI airport but didn't hear any traffic or airport noise in the room. A/C unit was a little loud turning on so light sleepers might have an issue with that.

Very nice clean no problems
Nice clean I would stay again, but I know of a hotel near by that I just like better. So I will stay there again if the other hotel is booked.

Great place to stay
Traveling on business, this hotel was perfect. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. The food was good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
