Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

1) Staff not overly friendly. 2) Never received any newspaper. Other rooms did. 3) Rreceived another persons invoice 4) Asked for a mirror as the vanity in the bathroom was so far away from the large mirror that it made it very difficult to apply makeup. Was informed they did not have any. 5) Location entrance not very convenient. to get to. 6) This is not a hotel I would recommend. Both my husband and I stayed at the Airport Hilton in West Palm on many occasions, and it was a much better hotel. We travel to West Palm approximately every two months. .

Usually breakfast is included in these type of otels. But in this one it was not.

When I booked this hotel, I thought I was getting a super great deal for the price because the hotel description said it went through a complete remodel. However, after arriving, I was somewhat disappointed because the room was narrow and small, the pool was tiny and the cafe/breakfast area was ridiculously tiny. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are true to the decor and all but they must have used a wide angle lens to take the photo because it looked more grand in the photos. I was not satisfied with the hotel but the front desk staff were super nice and friendly and since it was within minutes of the airport and the shopping mall, I really can't complain. Overall, if you are used to upscale amenities, services, and more spacious rooms, do not book here, you will be disappointed as I was.

The room itself was very nice but the water pressure in the shower was horrible! I had to turn the AC unit off to keep from freezing while taking a shower and this is while I am in Florida and its 80 degrees outside. My bill was calculated incorrectly, overcharged by $45 and I have yet to be explained why, but I am bot too concerned about the small amount, its just the principal, I expected more from a Hilton.

My family and I went shopping, to the beach, and to church while staying at your hotel. Hotel was very neat and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves while visiting west palm beach.

this hotel for business not for holiday small pool not much sun at pool, breakfast is small (not free breakfast) ,drink the coffee and tea taste like swimming pool not cup or mug it is plasters cup yuk!!!!! too far the shopping not for walk get taxi or shuttle(this for free), bedroom nice but cold!! not much thing do in hotel area but in 10 ,15 mins walk down road to find denny's,Wendy,,hop (international hop of pancakes), but if you want Mc Donald's to walk about 30 min

Unfortunately, everyone working at the hotel made a mistake of some sort. The check in clerk was friendly, but not focused, the waiter gave me the wrong meal, the driver to an event gave me bad pick-up information and the manager gave me more incorrect pick-up information from the event which left me standing at a street corner for an hour. I would have been waiting longer, but someone from the Hilton Airport Hotel gave me a ride to the Garden Inn. That's after having run a half marathon, so the last thing I wanted to do was stand for an hour. If nobody can do their job right, I guess it is not a place to visit again. Go to the Hampton Inn, which is more conveniently located or the Hilton Airport which has better staff. Avoid the Garden Inn.

THE BEST WEEKEND GET AWAY YOU CAN FIND.

If you are flying in or out of Palm Beach International this is a great location. Just off of the airport property the hotel is clean and well run.
