Staff was very helpful, the restaurant was clean and efficient, the room was perfect with one exception, it had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The location from the airport could not have been better and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes starting at 4:30 in the morning, so getting an early flight is not an issue.

New Years Eve stay
Great location and provided a shuttle downtown. Staff friendly and room was clean. Bed was a full size as opposed to king.

Great for the price
Clean and better than expected decor. Very quick & courteous check in & checkouts. Very pleased with the accommodations for the price. You normally do not get this nice of a place for the price.

Nice hotel for the price
The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the pool was really clean. The staff at check in were very pleasant. Hotel is close to City Place which has restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and staff were always available. I would compliment the staff at the front desk who made our interactions with them feel personal. The location was perfect for us as we were traveling from W Palm to Del Ray and all in between everyday. I would stay at the Doubletree again.

hotel was fine ..nothing fancy but suited the purpose ....visiting clients in West Palm....gone most of the day and returned at 11 PPM bed was comfortable tv's worked .. only comment was the room safe was not quite large enuf for my laptop, and it was locked when i got there, so a mechanic had to reset and open it up...was prompt in doing so ..no tissues in the room

breakfast buffet in the hotel was a good value and they had a cocktail lounge in the hotel for a nightcap before bed.

Great price for the location
We went to West Palm to visit family that lives on the inter coastal. This hotel was very close to where our family was vacationing for a few months. Room was a little small but not bad. The hotel was clean and employees were friendly. The only thing I was a little upset about was the drinks in the lobby bar cost us the same amount of money as drinks in the lobby at the Ritz Carlton. ( Not an exaggeration, we had drinks at the Ritz Carlton) Other than that I have no complaints. Would stay there again and bring my own drinks. The mini fridge in the room stayed very cold.

Don't waste your money at Testas on Royal Poinciana Way. Atmosphere was good and food was ok but nowhere close to worth the price. Way too expensive for the quality of food served.

Best Bang for the Buck
As a business traveler, I require certain amenities at my chosen hotel. The Doubletree Hotel provided them all and more, including free WIRELESS internet, large comfortable bed, clean, fresh-smelling room and spotless bathroom. I couldn't have asked for more. Staff and personnel were professional. Hotel appearance is impressive and inviting. I will stay at this hotel on future trips.
