Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport

The hotel was quite ordinary. I had a meeting outside the area and arrived back at the hotel around 10:30, pm. I wanted to drink but when I went down to the hotel lobby and restaurant, it was closed. The attendant on duty stated the bar closed at 10 pm. That was ridiculous to me at it was a SATURDAY NIGHT. Anyway, I was left to my room watching television the rest of the night.

IT was a nice hotel room was very clean and comfy had a nice pool too. The hotel was fairly close to shopping area and had a shuttle that took us almost everywhere.It was a good trip overall.

The hotel personnel were terrific. We were only there 2 nights, and the room was spotless, the beds comfortable, however, the tv had a split screen on more than l/2 the channels. Other than that, it was a good stay. Food was very expensive at the hotel.

I was only there for 1 night for business but the hotel was fantastic. Clean room, good amenities, excellent work space, and comfortable bed.

We were in Palm Beach for the Peanut Island 24 hour race. This was a great hotel that had everything we needed. I can't say anything needed improvement. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. We would certainly stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When we called from the airport to ask about early check in when we arrived, they immediately sent the shuttle to pick us up. In fact, my husband and I only paid for one cab ride while on vacation as the shuttle was able to take us most places and even went out of the area to accomodate us. The staff also had many helpful recommendations about where to eat and what to see. We came in for a wedding at a luxury resort but couldn't afford to stay at it, but service at this hotel made all the difference.

The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Courtesy shuttle picked me up at the airport and took me to the hotel. The shuttle also took me to a nearby restaurant, dropped me off and returned to pick me up when I called. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I found the hotel accomodations comforting and staff were polite and professional. However, the only audio observation was the highway noise outside at poolside during the day. I would gladly recommend this hotel to a friend.

I just assumed that because it offered it that my purchasing a package for hotel stay would automatically put me in for breakfast it's the only reason I chose this hotel. I was livid to find out that breakfast was not part of my package. I had to pay out of pocket every morning for me and everyone in my group, that sucked.

I wasn't in the room much, as I was extremely busy, but I enjoyed my stay. Other than a carpet & blanket stain, it was a great place. It was quiet and welcoming. I loved the mini fridge.
