Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

The hotel is convenient for the Palm Beaches, the Airport and points North. The staff is very pleasant and will help with everything, including small details. The hotel itself is basic and needs some updating, but overall it is clean, pleasant and conveniently located.

Pool was great. Other than that - average and nothing special. Freezing cold hallways that smelled of cigarettes. Booked it because I wanted a balcony - joke. I'll stick to my usual Holiday Inns.

Although the staff was friendly enough and the room was cleaned daily, I found a ponytail holder on the floor with powdery residue hopefully from carpet fresh that didnt belong to me. I also saw a couple of roaches that didnt belong to me as well

The location is very close to the company that I have business with. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. However, there is no resturant around the hotel and you have to get yourself ready eating fast food, if you don't have a car. [...]

We were there to relax and found that the pool/jacuzzi was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a car rental and we were able to go out for dinner to some of our favorite restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to choose a continental breakfast instead of a full breakfast.

Room was fine but most times at breakfast there was no staff to be seen.

Very clean, very quiet, nice surroundings! The beds were so comfortable and I loved the linens. I am handicapped so I was thankful for the new European style showers. Just wish that the handicapped rooms were closer to the entrance/exit doors. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Visited family while staying at hotel and also took a day trip to South Beach Miami and Bayside in Miami. I would recommend hotel to others who plan to visit WPB, and would stay again myself when I come back to vacation in WPB,

My only real complaint was that breakfast ends at 9:30, which I think especially during the holidays is just too early, otherwise while the hotel was unremarkable I had no other concerns or issues. It was your standard hotel. One other comment in case the hotel itself reads this... mini bars are always a good thing, for you and your customers. I would have liked something to drink after I'd turned in for the night. I did read other reviews on other sites about this hotel and one person complained about the gentlemans club that was in front of the hotel, but honestly it was not only a good bit away but separated by woods that it was a non-issue. I am guessing that reviewer had an issue with those types of businesses in general and was projecting that into their review.

I had an excellent experience at his hotel. For less than $80 a night, I got two queen sized beds, with a 32" flat-screen t.v., access to a swimming pool, and closeness to good shopping and restaurants.
