Nice Hotel
This hotel met my expectations, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and there were convenient options for my family, like a microwave and mini fridge/freezer. For a two day for a family wedding, pretty good.

wonderful pool
Venice wasn't that impressive, but we loved the inexpensive pool side service at a heated pool with plenty of seats. Menu limited for us vegans but found some salads. Bed next to air conditioner so went from hot to cold thru night as it came on and off. Could hear all outside with people nearby/garbage truck. Loved the fridge, microwave, coffee pot in the room since bkft not included. Located on a main road but we could walk to stores nearby for groceries; had to drive into venice. Very nice beach there but we heard it was very crowded on the warmer days.

Crows Nest restaurant down by the gulf. You will need reservations to eat upstairs for a view. We ate in the tavern with no views but nice for a rainy day; no reservations but you may have to wait.

Great Base Camp for Exploring the Gulf Coast
Still putting finishing touches on what has been a major renovation. Room was not large, but comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and anxious to please. Food and service in the dining areas was of uniformly high quality - ate most breakfasts and two dinners there. Beautiful pool with clear, warm water. Only complaint was that housekeeping in the room was inconsistent - not everything on the checklist got done every day.

Average Ramada
The hotel was standard Ramada, in a rather bad location. The staff was efficient, but not very friendly. The restaurant staff was pleasant, but the food wasn't very good.

Great hotel
Stayed here for one night on a Gulf Coast road trip. It was a bit more than our normal budget but we thought it was pretty good value for money. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Excellent Stay
This hotel is in the "final" process of being totally renevated. There were two glitches that were promptly handled to our satisfaction. The decor is beautiful, the beds and bedding comfortable. The exercise room and equipment were all new and in excellent working order. The pool area was well kept with towels. The heated pool and the spa were clean. We will return to this facility.

Family emergency
Our hotel room was brand new. We were the first to stay in it. The hotel had been open 3 weeks when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few things that had not been set up yet, but the staff made up for that. Everything was clean and nice, laundry room was great. We got a great opening rate, nice heated pool. Would definitely stay again.
