Jacksons at Harbor Island was great spot for Saturday nightlife, with great music and the outdoor aread. The Sunday brunch brunch was great!

Spent the 4th of July weekend in Tampa. The hotel's location was great. We walked a few feet away from the hotel and watched ... the fireworks on the harbor. The hotel was in walking distance to a trolly that would take you to Ybor City or to the IMAX Theatre. The IMAX was located in another area that had lots of shops, resturants, and live music. There was a shuttle downstairs that would take you into the downtown area of Tampa. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again. The downside was the elevator service which was extremely slow. We walked up and down the stairs several times rather than waiting for the elevator. We were thankful that we were just on the 5th floor.

My wife and I ,we are active seniors , were looking for a quiet ,beautiful ,hotel in the perfect location .This was it .We ... enjoyed the restaurants , museums , acquarium ,nightlife , all of which was accessible by trolley .The staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional .

I stayed here in december and there wasn't enough staff to take care of the guests, after the first night they did not clean ... up my room, the restaurant by the pool remained closed the whole time I stayed here and the hotel seemed forgotten and not properly taken care of.

The Westin Harbour Island provided a great setting to relax after a day of hard work. The backdrop provided by The Tampa ... skyline was beautiful. It was a great area to take a relaxing stroll along the water front. The trolly stop was a short ride to a great entertainment district. The hotel was clean and luxurious. The rooms provided great standard ammentities. It is an awesome place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. Location is kind of out of the way if you're there as a ... tourist (I suppose), but actually equidistant from most things to see. Only one issue - the air conditioning in the main conference room/ballroom was not very cold - and the room only had approximately 60 people in it.

The Westin Tampa at Harbor Island was a great location and we had a great view from our room. Unfortunately, our room was ... near the housekeeping closet and elevators so it was much noisier than we'd have liked. I'd definately stay again providing we had a room further away. The breakfast buffet was a great value at $18.
