The only bad thing that happened was the fact that they double charged my credit card. Also on the last day there, the water ... heater went out, so there was no hot water and we had to shower outside! I understand that that was out of their control, and they made up for it by extending out checkout time.

I was there to have surgery at the LSI. The Westin had been strongly recommended to us. Everything was great, until I got ... released from LSI 2 days early and I have still not been able to get a refund for the last two days and we gave the front desk 3 days notice.

RENT A CAR OR DRIVE YOUR OWN AND YOU WILL BE LESS THEN 2HRS WAY DISNEY, ST PETE BEACHES, OR SHOPPING AT TONS OF OUTLETS ... AROUND FL. WHEN IT COME TO THE HOTEL. THE POOL IS IN THE LOBBY, THE DECK LOUNGE WAS CLOSED, THE GYM CLOSED, THE STAFF WAS STIFF, BESIDE THE DOORMAN AND THE RESTURANT (AQUAKNOX) STAFF JUST BE AWARE THE BEACH IS NOT A BEACH

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accomidating. The only bad part was my wife and I thought the bathroom tissue ... could of been of better quality. Other then that I would suggest the Westin Tampa Bay to any onestaing in the Tampa Bay area.
