Fabulous for early am flight!

Just needed a place to stay after returning the rental car. Had an early am flight and you just can not beat the location - ... inside the tampa airport. Very quiet room. Nice and clean.

Our stay fro the U2 concert was terrible. There was little available transportation. No organization; the hotel couold have ... made alot of money if they organized transportation for the numerous guests we ran into to for the event. Also they stated that they would keep the bar open later for the concert crowd, but they forgot to staff it! Slow service and forget about ordering food!

The location could not be beat as I had a conference in the hotel. It was great to walk off the plane and right into the ... hotel! Staff was very kind and helpful. They graciously gave me a 2:00pm late checkout!

My husband and I were just married earlier that day and were leaving Tampa on a 7 am international flight for our honeymoon ... the next day, so we had to be at the Tampa International Airport EARLY! So we booked a room at the Airport Marriott and were delighted with our experience. The staff was very warm, congratulating us, and our suite was lovely! They also helped us identify our dining options for late evening. The front desk even took care of ensuring that some items we wanted picked up by a friend the next day were taken care of.

You can expand your dining options by just walking across into the airport. That's what we did. This is especially helpful later evening when you're hungry.

Just wanted a clean room to nap and then take a shower. It was too expensive and didn't even offer a small breakfast/snack. ... The front desk staff was rude when I checked in was rude and there wasn't a hair drying. I wished that I had just slept in the airport b/c I was leaving the next day to another location and could have saved my money.

This hotel was top notch. The service was excellent, the amenities in the rooms were above average. The bed was incredibly ... comfortable. Two people who enhanced our stay, [...] the bartender, and [...], the waiter! Loved our stay... could not tell we were at an airport. Will stay there again if the chance presents itself.

I was surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite it was right in the middle of an airport. The biggest plus to us was that ... it was at the airport and when we had to catch an early morning flight the next day we didn't have to worry about getting up extra early to return the rental car and be at the gate an hour early. This was the most stress-less vacation we ever had with our 2 year old. The staff was very attentive and even though there is a down economy and the hotel wasn't full, Mariott did not cut back on help and therefore the service was what you expect from a Marriott.

The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location being at the airport for early departure for business. The only thing I was ... not to happy with was my dining experience. The sushi I recieved was over priced and not too good. The soup I ordered came cold and it really turned me off to the whole dining expereience I'd hoped would be good. However the hotel was clean and ambiance was beautiful. The room beds were very comfortable and the comforters on the bed were outstanding! It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and walk right out of the hotel to the airport terminals.
