Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Airport

This place was disgusting. First of all it is located in a nasty area. When I checked I asked for a non-smoking room and it stunk like cigarettes. I pulled down the sheets and there were cigarette ashes between the sheets. Who ever made up the bed was smoking and thier ashes fell. I brought the sheets to the front desk, ashes and all. They just handed me new ones and told to make it up my self. The carpet was filthy too. Everything about the place was dirty. I had to check out 4 days early, couldn't take it. OMG it is a nasty place.

I just wanted to get away for the weekend and did not want to spend alot of money. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend for someone who wants to travel but not spend a fortune.

The room was fairly clean, furnishings were old and damaged. Walls and ceilings were poorly finished and painted. Overall, just poor workmanship. Had to pay for ice, only 25 cents, but seriously? Made a reservation for a queen size bed but was told that the websites had overbooked, so we had to have a room with 2 double beds. Disappointing, overall.

This hotel room was given at a good price but it really didn't meet my standards for cleanliness (the walls had stains on them, the floor turned my white socks black) and they don't offer any extras - although there's a kitchen, no coffee / sugar / creamer is provided and the soap / shampoos that were provided were tiny. The noise from outside (where people congregated to smoke) was a little annoying at times, as was the noise from the unit upstairs. The staff was very nice, though, and the wifi access and cable were added perks. All in all, I got what I paid for.

The hotel provides adequate temporary housing - small but not too tiny efficiency apartment. The floor needed cleaning and it took two days and two requests to get it vacuumed and mopped. It seems front desk and housekeeping are not well coordinated. Kitchen appliances are fine (although I would have liked a toaster or toaster oven) but bare bones. Getting a full complement of towels was problematic. There were no clothes hangers. The internet wifi needs to be reinitialized often because it disconnects periodically. All that said, I'm quite independent (when the hotel doesn't do something, I do it myself) so it served my purposes.

A friend of mine was in a bit of a pinch and I booked her reservations for the week. Unfortunately, I forgot it was 6 days instead of 5...it didn't faze the staff one bit. He just did a day extention and found her a room for the night. I went to check on her the next day and found that she was placed in a nice quiet area and she was happily satisfied. The bathroom was spacious and the room was neat and clean.
