Tampa hotel just steps from banks of Hillsborough River
The newly renovated Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel is just steps from the banks of the Hillsborough River. Guests can wander downtown for an afternoon spent in the warmth of the Florida sun. average hotel
It was an average hotel. Had extra costs once there. Valet parking a must since thats all they had, at $19 per vehicle for the night. Paid $20 extra for a room that over looked the river witha balcony. Had a balcony but the view was of a roof top that was part of the hotel. Only way to see the river was to try and look around it.

excellent! Orbits did a great job! Hotel was clean and friendly. Only thing was parking. There are other hotels that provide free parking. It's 18 dollars per day plus everytime you go out you feel like you need to tip.

Wonderful with our toddler for family visit
We had a great experience at this hotel the last week of September! The staff was friendly and accomodating, the room was nice, the pool was awesome, liked the restaurant, perfect location downtown and right near our relatives. Gave 3 stars for room comfort because the bathroom was a little old and could have used some updating, but otherwise the room was comfy. Very comfortable beds.

Nice Digs
Valet parking was affordable and quick. Room service meal was great! Room was clean/comfortable. Could not find some switches (fan in bathroom and one light in room). Nice location; close to Ybor city and Channelside. On the river. Would stay again and would recommend.

Channelside and Ybor city are very close. Hotel has a shuttle that will take you to either and pick you up.

It was okay to sleep.
I was very unhappy. No one told me4 I had to pay for parking. And never the less it was inapropiate for a guess that is staying in. Would I recomende it NO.

Top shelf and cheap
I was going to a convention were thousands of people were in the same place. I was there on my own ticket and was proud of the fact that my hotel was cheaper, free Wifi and parking was $4 less then all the hotels in the area.

Excellent
Had the best time in Tampa. The hotel was perfectly located. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was just what I needed if not better. The pool was amazing. The 24 hr fitness center had excellent equipment. Other hotels I have stayed at had mediocre fitness centers but this one was perfect. The in-hotel restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. The laundry service was fast. The entire hotel was WiFi capable including all the rooms. The in-hotel gift shop was well-stocked with anything you could need. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in down-town Tampa.
