orbitz did not inform me that the hotel was under complete renovation by floors times 2 at the time. Not only was every thing ... closed including the flowing water in the main lobby and the main restaraunt. Two floors had plastic all around them and there was construction as early as 10 in the morning. make sure you go when over

for the price, it was ok. but i will not stay there again and i would not reccomend. the pictures make this hotel look ... beautiful and luxurious. but in person, its a different story. room, walls, furniture, and bathrooms are out dated. looked old and smelled very odd. i wouldnt even sit on the couch. i didnt even want to use the microwave or the fridge! ewww! right when you enter the hotel theres some old groggy smell.. kind of like mold or something..i dont know. this hotel is just plain out OLD.. needs a lot of work and updating! i was glad to leave and go home!

The hotel was very nice, however it was a bit musky in the rooms and the windows on each side of the doors going into the ... rooms should have a better way of closing to provide maximum privacy. You can walk by each room and basically see inside peoples room. Not Good! Otherwise, very satisfied!

Free shuttle service to locations within 10 miles is added plus! Public areas of hotel very nice. Lobby currently under ... renovation/construction so a bit noisy in room. Wi-fi did not work anywhere. Rooms older but clean; shower water pressure awesome; bed was new and very comfortable. Hotel location good - restaurants, convenience shopping and malls very near. Near airport.

We mainly stayed there to shuttle to the airport, but they also took me to Walgreens to get some items. We liked the ... atmosphere, and the food service in the bar area was as good as any restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I would stay there again. We enjoyed every minute. Staff was VERY friendly and couldn't help you enough. We always received a ... smile and a hello from everyone. We had dinner there and the food was wonderful. Any time we go to Tampa we plan to stay at the Sheraton Suits.

Our room was a very generous size...just what we were looking for with a 1-year old. We had a large bedroom with plenty of ... room for his Pack-n-play, plus all of the living area. The decor was a little dated and could probably use some work, but it was very clean and well kept. We stayed to go to the aquarium and Busch Gardens and both were easy to get to, and in addition we went to the mall right down the road and found lots to eat closeby.

The shuttle to the Sheraton was very convenient from the airport, and came just minutes after using the courtesy phone. The ... staff was very nice, and our check in went smoothly. The room furniture was not, however very well maintained. The table was so wobbly, we did not allow our children to sit near it so it wouldn't break. The pullout sofa bed was in bad need of a new mattress, and tilted down toward the feet. The pool was closed for construction, so the kids were disappointed, and I didn't know this ahead of time or may not have stayed there. The bedroom window, facing the highway, was far from sound proof and we heard traffic all night. If you stay here, request rooms on the other side of the hotel maybe quieter. The only dining option was in the hotel, was overpriced, but food was good!

The Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore is a beautiful hotel with amazing suites! We were looking for a location close ... to the Raymond James Stadium, the Sheraton offered the best rooms for the money. The only problem we had was when we first checked in, the room they gave us smelled like smoke, but it was immediately corrected and we were moved to a different room! The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating! The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay...not to mention the bed was nice and cozy! We will definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the Tampa area!

Charley's Steakhouse, one of America's top steakhouses, is right next door! We actually drove to the mall which about 1 mile away, bought nice outfits to wear to dinner, then walked that night to a fabulous meal!

I stayed at the Sheraton, and expected a hotel of higher quality. the faucet leaked, the shower had low pressure and did not ... have hot water. The one resturaunt which was at the hotel was never open when came around, breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will say emphatically, that the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities that included a small refridgerator and wetbar and since in the suite ... area with good closet space in the room. Conveniently located to the airport and the mall where the restaurants were wonderful and the staff were helpful.

This Sheraton was great. The purpose for our trip was to go to the Outback bowl, We are from Wi, so were were hoping to see ... a good game. We got into the hotel on Monday and stayed till Thurday. Apon are arivle we had to more people stay with us. I contacted the hotel and told them and they had no problem with it. The best part of our trip was the Shuttle service. They took us every where, for free. It saved us over $200. They had a three mile range that they went but with the excellent location of the hotel we had them drives us everywhere. They took us to the movies, the mall, the game, the liquir store, and to the Airport. That was great.

I traveled to the Sheraton Suites Tampa hotel with my grandson to pick up my grandaughter. It was going to be a stressful ... situation because of personal reasons so when we got to the hotel and they were so friendly and accomidating it took alot of the tension off. The Hotel is beautiful and having a suite with beds for my grandchildren was a real plus. I ordered room service and they brought it to us so elegantly we felt special. The pool was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was right on time and the driver was very helpful as we had alot of luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
