Sailport Waterfront Suites is Tampa's only all-suite waterfront destination, overlooking the sparkling waters of Tampa Bay. This suite can sleep up to 5 persons (no more than 3 adults).

Easy going lady
Outdated Room plus no Crib as requested or bunk rails
Expected a suite hotel room with nice amenities in great location. Location was very good and the outdoor decor of place was nice. Our room smelled bad, was very outdated with very lumpy worn sofa bed. Also, there were no safety rails for bunk bed despite getting charged for extra space/room size. Also, no crib or even apology for fact that resevation had crib requested and listed on confirmation. Left us in a scramble!! When discussed at check out, the personnel criticized me for not asking for bunk bed rails and told me to take my problem with no crib to website

The pull out bed was 30 years old, terrible. The cushions were so bad they fell through the back so you couldn't even sit on it Asked for a blanket and was told they were out Out of towels Opened the blinds when we got there and they fell apart Room was filthy Shuttle service was terrible The location was nice but this is a dump. They never cleaned our room the entire week after asking 3 days in a row. It is just a very cheap run down dirty old hotel and the put zero money back into it.

Sailport in March
Our stay at Sailport was awesome. The weather was warm and sunny almost every day we were there. And i am almost positive that every room has a view of Tampa bay. The rooms are clean and the room service was good as well. The pull-out couches are not very comfortable but they are in the process of upgrading so I'm sure that will improve. The shuttle service is very helpful taking us to and from the airport as well as the near by restaurants and shops. Free of charge!! We tipped the driver of course. Sailport is a 20 minute drive away from Clearwater beach. (the shuttle doesnt go there for free so we drove our rental) The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again. View was the best part
The room we had was ok but lacking in comfort. The sleeper sofa which we only used as a sofa was very uncomfortable. Maid service was only given 1 day out of our 5 day stay. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the front desk and request them. The same goes for shampoo, conditioner, soap as well as coffee and supplies. No dish soap to clean dishes in the sink was supplied or paper towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

Visiting Grandkids
Location was great. Covered parking,pool,BBQ ribs on-site,lots of birds and fish to watch,helpful staff. Telephone scam to get personel info twice.Cleaning could have been better and hideabed was unusable. Would use hotel again.

MAN WITH RESERVE
VACATION
The hotel was overbooked to a point that instead of giving two separate rooms (as we booked ahead of time), the two families of us has to stayed in one suite with two rooms. The pull out bed should have been scrapped five years ago. They are absolutely not suitable for human to sleep on.

Outstanding sunset views.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the hotel value. The sunset views and proximity to the airport were superb. We also enjoyed the Rusty Pelican restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel.
