Tampa hotel with a taste of the Mediterranean
The Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel has a uniquely Mediterranean style and ambience with bright colors, hand-glazed tiles and custom ironwork. Really nice, clean hotel. My priority when travelling is a hotel with a good restaurant on-site and a good workout facility. I really like the Renaissance's gym. Lots of machines in passable working order. Free weights and a nice view of the pool while working out. Front desk staff was nice, too. Also, the free boarding pass computer/printer was great.

Great Hotel
Stayed at the this hotel after a cruise in Tampa. We arrived at the hotel early thinking our room was not ready. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. To my surpries, the room was ready. Check in was done quick. The room was beautiful. Nice size beds and very clean. The hotel was near Bay Street. Many places to eat and drink.

One of the best hotels we have lodged in
Very good room and very comfortable bed. Reception was discrete and helpful. Restaurant Pelagia is one of the best we have visited. And all this for a reasonable summer price.

Great Night in Tampa
It was a great trip for my friends and I. We booked this hotel last minute becuase we wanted to see Cosmic Gate, who was performing at The Venue. It all started at the Valet when we we greeted with nothing but smiles and great service. Everything we needed was given to us. I can't complain about anything.

The Venue is a club/ lounge just over the bridge. Has a great set-up, great food, great drinks, and when the sun goes down, it has a great music.

Enjoy staying here
I always enjoy staying at the Renaissance hotel. People are freindly, I enjoyed great service in the bar and restaraunt. On my last two visits, they could have used more guest check in personel. I love that I can take a short walk to the International Mall and shop or have a fantastic meal at the restaraunts.

Nice Experience
Great location! Plenty of bars and eateries within walking distance. Great shopping within walking distance. Not our first time here and we have never been disappointed.
