Disgusted beyond belief
Never again
This place was disgusting from every aspect...lobby, room, clientele. You definitely get what you pay for!!! Which in this case was absolutely nothing because I checked out 20 minutes later when I killed the second bug.

lobby seems upscale but rooms are motel quality at best, old, not updated and stained carpet staff were very friendly and accommodating/good location for the price/excellent airport transfer service

Needs Improvement
I booked a hotel room for a weekend 3-4 months ago requesting 2 double beds. I received the confirmation stating we were all set, but when we arrived we walked into the room with 1 double bed. When I went to the manager I was told they were unable to guarantee that I would get the 2nd bed. Of course I asked what was the point of reserving one. They told me they could only guarantee either 2 double beds, or 1 king size bed. Neither of which was received. They did provide a cot the size of cradle however. When I originally walked into the room, there was just the 1 bed, stains all over the floor, dirty sinks and bathrooms. The hotel would not be the place for couple, nor a family.

Spring breaker
Spring break
Hotel staff wasn't very friendly and weren't helpful when we asked questions. There wasn't any information about things to do in the area in the hotel room and we didn't even know what time breakfast was because nobody told us. The room was fine for sleeping but hallways were very noisy with workers outside. The lobby and common areas of hotel were nice and clean.

Yankee Fan
Great Time in Tampa
In Tampa with 3 friends to enjoy Yankee baseball and beautifull sunshine.We have been going every spring for the past 7 years and staying in the same hotel which has shown some nice improvements the past 2 years since it has been a Ramada. This year the best was the new exercise equipment.

Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City make reservation and ask for the flamenco show tickets. It is a fantastic show.

Completely false advertisement!
The first room we got was filthy, we paid for a room with a king size bed and reserved it weeks in advance. We got there to a dirty room with two queen size beds without pillow cases. It appeared that someone was already staying there. It smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be smoke free. Furthermore there was a cooler outside the room filled with garbage and empty beer bottles all over. We didn't even put our things down and immediately called the front desk. We explained the condition of the room and that we were gaurenteed a king bed in our room, we were told there we none and changed to a single queen room which was cleaner, but still nothing like the pictures.
