Ramada Westshore Hotel

The hotel needs an extreme makeover! Not very appealing & not secure.The only nice thing about it was it's located bet. two malls.

Let's just say that I had other options available for the price and I should have taken those. The hotel looks like it was converted from a motel. It was pretty dark in the rooms and the continental breakfast left more to be desired.

Very, very noisy. People were walking/running outside the rooms, talking on cell phones, conversing and laughing loudly all night. I finally called the front desk at 4:30AM and the attendant said she had already sent security (who could not find the culprits) up a few times due to other complaints as well. This is not a hotel; all rooms had an outside entrance only - more like a motel. Also loud due to being close to a busy road. Front desk did allow me to move to a another room; different level/inner courtyard. Still, was noisy but not as bad. One positive - staff was very hospitable.

This is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE hotel. * In bad neighborhood * No security card keys to get in * Right next to strip club * Prostitutes going in and out all the time * Carpet absolutely stunk * Beds were uncomfortable This hotel is so bad that I suspect any good reviews are faked to avoid such a bad star rating that no one would book here.

The first room we got was filthy, we paid for a room with a king size bed and reserved it weeks in advance. We got there to a dirty room with two queen size beds without pillow cases. It appeared that someone was already staying there. It smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be smoke free. Furthermore there was a cooler outside the room filled with garbage and empty beer bottles all over. We didn't even put our things down and immediately called the front desk. We explained the condition of the room and that we were gaurenteed a king bed in our room, we were told there we none and changed to a single queen room which was cleaner, but still nothing like the pictures.

I travel frequently for business and this hotel by far was the worst I've encountered. On the day I checked in there were broken beer bottles in the common area outside my door area. They were still there when I checked out two days later. The room itself was shabby with burn marks on the bedspread and general "unclean" feel. The hotel elevator was out of order the duration of my stay. When checking out, the front desk clerk couldn't be bothered to print off a detailed receipt of any charges booked to my room. As a national chain this was pitiful showing.

Overall it was okay but we would not stay there again. There was a problem with plumbing, carpets were not clean, ice machines and drink machines not maintained. Staff was good

This hotel was very dirty, the bathroom still had hair in it from whoever stayed there before. The toilet was dirty and did not appear to be cleaned.

This place felt like an institution. I would spend more money and stay somewhere else close to the airport.

I found the staff to be unfriendly. Not willing to go the extra step to make me feel welcome. I would never choose that place again, I saw cracked or missing tiles on the floor. Was not a well kept at all.
