Ramada Westshore Hotel

Terrible experience. Do not stay here. Dirty rooms, stinks, water damage, dirty sheets, found dirty washcloth in room. Hotel staff couldn't help, managers unavailable and when I called, they hung up on me. I don't want to book through a travel site ever again with this awful experience.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. I would recommend it due to it's proximity to the airport and free shuttle service.

Hotel needs updating. Rooms shabby, carpet very dirty.

Overall the experience was acceptable. I was down for business and not pleasure. I was rarely in the room and that helped. The rooms are outdated 70's style and needed upgrading. The staff from the reception area to the breakfast lady to the cleaning staff were very polite and efficient. Not someplace you want to take a lady friend to impress her, but comfortable on your own kind of place.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby area looked nice! The room was just bad!! The carpet looked disgusting! I was afraid to put my bare feet on it! It looked wet though I don't believe it was! The bed didn't have a comforter! It was covered with a white flat sheet! The tv was old and the channels that came in were unclear! Bad reception and picture quality! The furniture was old and rickety! I was very uncomfortable! Lastly, even though you enter through the lobby, entry to the rooms is outside!! Not happy!!

The hotel is old. The furniture and carpets probably havent been replaced since the 70s but the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. Great location so was perfect for what I needed. If on a family vacation I'd suggest upgrading but if you just need it for a night or two for sleeping only its perfectly fine.

The room that we booked was not the room we received. We ask for a non smoking queen size bed and due to such a late arrival beyond our control was given a smoking room with 2 doubles. The only 2 rooms they had left. They said the room was booked fine, but that they can't always accomodate what was booked. The staff was able to move us the next day to a nonsmoking room with 2 doubles.

it suited our needs insofar as being close to Tampa airport. Room felt dirty, big stains on carpet and room safe was covered in rust. Tub didn't drain during shower.

We checked in late and the free shuttle service was a Mercedes Large van with a blacked gloved driver. Very professional. We ate at the Hurricaine Bar and grill in the hotel and enjoyed the casual sports bar. Great bar food. I recommend this for a night stay. Not much in the area but a very upscale mall with great restaurants which were all packed during happy hour. Great Scottish Pub

I found the staff to be unfriendly. Not willing to go the extra step to make me feel welcome. I would never choose that place again, I saw cracked or missing tiles on the floor. Was not a well kept at all.
