The Masters Inn Tampa Fairground provides budget accommodations one mile west of the Florida State Fairgrounds. The hotel is convenient for guests attending the Florida State Fair, held every February since 1904. The thrills and zoological attractions of Bush Gardens are just six miles from the hotel. I would choose 0 if possible

Seriously too many problems to mention. If you are dirt poor and can't spend $10 more per night. bring your bug spray, cleaning supplies, light blubs, tv, wrench to shut off running water in bathroom, vaccum, hand soap, shampoo. Friendly staff but that is it.

not bad

This hotel is located right next to the highway for easy access ,it also is right next to the tampa fairgrounds .It was very quiet there ,sleep good all night .Has a pool that looked clean since there was 20 people swimming in it ,also looks like there adding a new fence around it ,they also have security cameras on premises . The only thing bad I can say it that the room had some bugs in it .

Great economical place - but nothing fancy. Great staff

If all you want is a nice room and a great price, this is the place. Polite staff, easy parking, room has fridge and MW too. In a fairly remote location. The name of the street "Martin Luther King Drive" tells a lot about the location. Not much nearby, but very close to the highway, fast food. I got the impression from my neighbors that people live there for extended stay. In short, its a bargain and a great deal for the price. Not fancy, but good. I would return on my next trip.

Waffle House for Breakfast is just 3 miles away. Great atmosphere and good breakfast.

Disappointing room

Our reservation was misplaced and we were given a smoking room because they were all booked up. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was very run down and not very clean.

Good if your Single and on a Budget

Just used it for privacy and rest. It's good for the money but I would not bring kids there.

Very close to Ybor city which is none for night life, dining, dancing, and downtown.

The Hotel is nearby to the Ford Amphitheatre Florida State,were i see a important conciert of rock music.
