Hotel with outdoor pool near downtown Tampa, minutes from attractions
La Quinta Inn & Suites is located eight miles southeast of downtown Tampa, just minutes from the area's famous attractions including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Lowry Park Zoo. Very Comfortable Stay
I stayed at this hotel for 3 Nights. I had 2 rooms reserved for a total of 6 people including 2 kids. The staff was very curtious and very kind and helpful. Location was GREAT it was within distance of restaurants and stores. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. I never got a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. I felt safe at this hotel. There wasnt alot of noise it was pretty quiet. The only thing i didnt like was there was an odd smell. I bought febreeze and sprayed my room with it and it was better.

Spring Break Vacation March, 2011
The price was right. The room was some what small and the two beds are double beds and not queen beds. It served our purposes for an inexpensive stay. We were an hour from the beaches, lots of restaurant options close by. Quiet for sleeping, clean, front desk was very helpful, everything worked and no complaints! A larger room would have been nice, but we really needed to save money on this trip, so the price was more important than the other things.

Be sure and take advantage of the in-house breakfast. Hot waffles, toaster items, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal, etc.

A great place to stay
This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location was terrific. Brandon is a fun city and we were only about 25 mins from Busch Gardens. I can't rate the continental breakfast only because we never tried it. I will definitely stay there again. I'm hoping other La Quinta Inns are as nice as this one.

SUPER WOMAN
surprising hotel
The hotel it's self was so surprising the look on the outside was ok but the inside was great,went to Busch Gardens it was about 15 min way from the hotel but all in all everything was good.

Brocada - Casual Traveler
Friendly Staff - Great Location
Most of the hotel staff is friendly and professional. There was a problem with the toilet causing it to gurgle which was annoying. The maintenance man wanted to show me how to fix it if the problem continued. This rather annoyed me - I was on vacation and had no intentions of working on the toilet. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet and the water pressure in the shower was great.

If you are using GPS to find this hotel, look up the Bob Evans on Horace Avenue or Eye Glass World on Faulkener Road. My GPS unit could not find this hotel - it got me to the intersection but told me that my location was on the left and that was wrong. The hotel is located off of Faulkener on a side street called Horace Avenue.

I did alot of sight seeing I loved that when i came back my room was clean and ready for me. They really have everything set out for you and for me it was very enjoyable.Lol two thumbsm up!

good price, good hotel
the staff is all super nice. overall pretty quiet, had some partiers across the hall but they weren't bothersome while i was trying to sleep, just as i was already awake & leaving in the mornning. the breakfast is nice, nothing too extravagant. def stay there again if in the tampa area

Super Stay
The hotel and staff was fantastic!Great Location. Easy access to everything.The only problem...Noise. Walls are paper thin.You could hear every move from the room above us.

"Good Central location"
The hotel was in a good central location. For the price it was a fair value. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to see more variety at the breakfast selections as it gets very boring having the same things every day. Due to this had to go to a restaurant a few days as was bored with the selections. All and all good value for the money.
