Very Disappointed
I stayed here as well as several family members in different rooms. The front desk staff was rude except for one person I dealt with upon check out; the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable; staff walked into my daughter's room (she is an adult# and questioned whether she belonged there... it was an overall bad experience not just for me, but everyone that was in my party #6 separate rooms)

Disappointed
Staff at checkin was snippy and curt. A simple query was dismissed out of hand. The room was clean and serviceable,however the fact that the refrigerator was fully stocked by the hotel not allowing guests access without incurring a steep restocking charge, makes one wonder if the hotel management is concerned about the comfort of its guests.

Super Nice for a Great Price
Fantastic location- gorgeous decor- best hotel bed I have ever slept in!! Would have expected to pay a lot more for this room. Only negative is that the rooms face into an office bldg across the courtyard- so be careful what you are wearing when you throw back the drapes!!

Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful Location
Beautiful hotel located across from a Mall surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Tampa. It is within minutes of the major road arteries making access to virtually any destination easy and simple. DO NOT use the room telephone though. Forgot my cell in the rental car, decided to be lazy and use the room phone incurring a charge of $48.50 to make a call from Tampa to Texas. My mistake in what was an otherwise beautiful experience.
